Hi, I'm Jennifer! I spent the first 20 years of my career working at advertising agencies and then worked in the corporate world leading marketing teams at TD, Tangerine and Fidelity.
After suffering for years with IBS and food sensitivities, I got hooked on how eating the right food could change the way you feel every day. So I went back to school and got certified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Now I spend my time giving workshops at corporations to teach people how to improve their daily habits in order to thrive on the job. And I work with individuals one on one to improve their health and get energy from food!
I'm located in the Toronto area. For speaking events outside the GTA, travel expenses will be added to the quote.
