Hello! This is for the engagement of our solo violin performances and also for the engagement of our string duo, string quartet & chamber orchestra.
We perform with the Las Vegas Philharmonic, the Phoenix Symphony, the Berkeley Symphony and Boise Philharmonic amongst others.
Outside of classical music, we have performed with Andy Grammer, Sheryl Crow, Eagles, Pink Martini, The Beach Boys, Martina McBride etc.
As highly seasoned studio musicians we can be heard on soundtracks of major artistes, films & commercials.
We are graduates of the Eastman School of Music, Indiana University Jacobs School of music, & San Francisco Conservatory of Music.
Blue Forest Strings provided the perfect blend of modern pop and Italian flare to our resident pool party. Incredibly professional across the board and an inspirational performance everyone will enjoy. We will absolutely be booking them for more of our communities down the road. 10/10

Ten stars for their performance and for this wonderfully warm & caring couple. My mother recently and abruptly lost her sight. She has been very depressed. Right after Blue Forest Strings performed for her and my father I received a call. Both of my parents had been moved to tears. My mother sounded so happy and just couldn't find the words to describe the top notch talent and incredible gift of music she experienced.
The violinist from Blue Forest Strings was exceptional. She not only performed the songs we requested but also played many other beautiful pieces. She was a great addition to the birthday celebration.

I happened to stumble across GigSalad when researching music for our daughter's wedding. Using GigSalad to book a violinist was simple and easy. I can't say enough good things about Hui. Hui was very accommodating. We were able to meet with her several times prior to our event to go over music and to hear a sample of the music. She was genuinely happy to make our daughter's wedding very special. Hui and her husband are talented musicians and everyone enjoyed the beautiful music. We hired her to play for our wedding and rehearsal. I wish I could have given her more money because she exceeded my expectations. She was really flexible too. After hearing her play at the rehearsal I had to change my plans and cut out the vocalists because her violin playing was all I wanted. Then my fiancé had a stroke on the wedding day and the wedding was cancelled. She came early and I tried to pay her but she was so sad for me that she declined payment. She is one of the sweetest souls I've ever met. I'll never forget her!
