We had an incredible experience with Bob Galeoto! We reached out to Bob through Gig Salad and he was extremely professional from the first time we spoke. Bob’s attention to detail prior to our annual Christmas Eve Family Night was only exceeded by his voice and performance. Our family had the time of our lives as Bob performed classics from the American songbook. We are so grateful that we met Bob through Gig Salad, and look forward to working with him again for more family get togethers. Equipment failure twice during performance and did not offer compensation. Complained it was dark driving to my house needed help offloading his equipment and did not say thank you. Decent voice

The equipment failure was due to Bluetooth interference. The signal was interrupted due an additional Bluetooth be used at the same time interfering with the signal. I did not realize this at the time instantaneously. The best I could do was to restart the song. I have since spent over $1000 on new equipment to eliminate this annoyance. Sorry for the technical glitch. I guess my frustration got the best of me. So sorry if anyone was offended.

Bob arrived early for our event. He set up in a timely manner. He was under pressure to sing for 250 people who were meeting and greeting each other rather than listening to him. It is difficult to judge how he would do in a different setting. Our goal was for Bob to be background music. And this he was.

As per your own words your objective was to provide background music. The area where I was told to set up was too close to the tables nearby. They requested that lower my volume. If I had been allowed to use the stage the audience would have able to see and hear me better.
Bob Galeoto singing was good. He could have interacted more with the residents. Other than that he is just okay.

He was high maintenance before the event while he was setting up. My son had to get his equipment to work correctly. Very grouchy! Performance was fine for the event.

I had a technical problem making a Bluetooth speaker connection while setting up due to interference with the restaurant's Bluetooth. Your son was able to help me fix the problem. Please thank him for his assistance. Technical difficulties are hard to diagnose when they come from an unknown source. Once we were able to determine it was coming from hidden controls within the restaurant, we were able to correct the problem. The performance was not delayed and was performed on time. The audience all cheered after singing along with me to That's Amore.

I booked Bob on a Friday with the event being on Sunday. He got there early to set-up and did a great job. It was for my mom's 80th surprise birthday party. We and the guests really enjoyed his repertoire. My mom actually got up and starting dancing with him . We didn't know what she was doing but we were happy to see that she was enjoying his music. I wanted to find a singing gram for my friends 40th and Bob responded to my inquiry. He was so responsive to all of my messages, and made sure he had all of the details. It was worry free booking and coordinating with him, especially being out of state. He was flexible and also patient with me as I took awhile to nail down the details. He had to set up in a somewhat difficult situation and remained completely professional. His performance was so entertaining and he really delivered! He sang multiple songs of my choosing, even the ending in Spanish. He’s even entertained people who couldn’t attend. I only wish he could perform for another friend here in Michigan. Beyond expectations, Bob sang for my Moms 88th Birthday, we danced, laughed and sang along. Bob knows his Great American song book along with the classic Italian songs we grew up with & even included some Andrea Bocelli. My brother was bummed to cancel his trip to Italy for his 40th birthday. (Due to covid-19) We decided to surprise him and bring italy... to the balcony. Mid way through aperol spritz happy hour, Bob made a surprise appearance singing us dean martin and other Italian tunes. He was fantastic, fun, professional, great energy, and very respectful of social distancing. Our neighbors were cheering and smiling, while Bob definitely brighten not only my brothers birthday, but the entire building with our courtyard concert! He is creative and worked with us in this unique times we are living in. He even does virtual videos and internet concerts. Just ask him and he thinks outside the box. I was on GigSalad 1 week before my event. I was checking out a wide range of different types of entertainment. Bob was quick to respond, genuinely interested in performing for my crowd of people, and reasonably priced. He was very easy going, polite, accommodating, and very professional. Due to the uniqueness of my event I was worried it may be difficult for him to understand my needs. But nope. He offered some ideas, listened to mine, and improvised when needed. He was able to keep the energy level of the room up (even when mine was dwindling). I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

When our family and friends arrive at our home they assumed the music was from a CD. They were pleasantly surprised to see Bob preforming in our backyard. Bob and I communicated often regarding our event, especially since our hotel venue was changed due to Hurrican Irma. Bob was very responsive in regards to any phone calls, e-mails or gigsalad communications.

Bob's a wonderful person - so easy to work with (we had to schedule a 95th birthday from Chicago) and he just made my great grandmother's birthday an event to remember. It was a 90th birthday party for my father. I know my dad likes Frank Sinatra so I book Bob as a 'Frank Sinatra impersonator'. Well, we not only got Frank, but he could sing any song requests, was a great MC, he kept the party going, interacted with everyone or just played as we ate dinner. When he took his break, he made sure he had music playing. I offered him food and sat with him for a bit. He is a genuinely lovely, caring, person and seems to enjoy making people happy. Many people from the party complemented the great job & wanted him at their next event. (The only negative is that I made all the plans from NYC for the party in South Florida)!! Or I would hire him for any events in NYC in the future. Bob Galeoto was and is a wonderful find for any parties, family or work related!

What to Expect
I am Singer/Entertainer/DJ. I perform songs by artists such as: Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Kenny Rodgers, Lou Rawls, Louie Prima, Dean Martin, Bobby Darin, ect. I also am a DJ that can provide a large variety music. I can provide Disco Laser lighting if wanted. As an Entertainer, I sing requests and I can facilitate a party by being an Emcee. I am a soloist that uses back up tracks or a keyboard to accompany myself.

I am a Singer/Entertainer/DJ. I can liven up a party by playing dance music and accepting song requests. I also provide DJ music and can lead line dancing. At a restaurant, I provide dinner and dance music. Interaction with the audience provides them a pleasant and memorable experience they want to come back to hear again and again.
I am an excellent Sinatra singer. I have performed as Frank Sinatra on Carnival Cruise Ships as part their shows and as a solo performer. As a DJ, I can provide an assortment of music to satisfy any preference. I am an entertainer that can provide a variety of talents from Singing and Dancing, to Disco DJ music with laser lighting, to Line Dancing with dance instruction. I can also be a Master of Ceremonies to facilitate the traditional events at Bar Mitz Fas. I will make your party an event to be remembered.

Influences & Inspiration
Working on Carnival Cruise ships has given me many entertainment ideas that are incorporated into my act. Also playing to Latino audiences in South Florida has added some Latin musical influences to my act.
Setup Requirements
I must have electrical outlets within 50 feet of the stage.
The area I am playing in needs to be cleared of any debris.
If playing outdoors a patio or wooden stage will be required.
A private area to get dressed is needed.
