Bob was on time, prepared, pleasant and very entertaining. My son turned 11 and had about 15 kids at his party. They were impressed and I would definately recommend him to my friends and family. The adults really enjoyed the show as well.

This past Saturday, I threw my sister a surprise 30th birthday party, I hired many services (caterer, cake table display, bartender, dj and magician) Bob was the ONLY one who showed up on time, provided the exact services we discussed AND did not need continuous direction from me. I can't emphasis enough how I truly appreciate that about him, as apparectly it is hard to find despite proper planning and paying lots of money! As soon as he arrived he started mingling and wow-ing the guests. He also included a special performance for the Birthday girl!! It was the perfect length, involved a few guests and engaged the whole crowd!! All night people were coming up to me and saying "WOW that magician is awesome!" and "Where did you find the magician? I went to see Bob perform his act at Flappers comedy club in Burbank. It was a great, entertaining show in a nice atmosphere. Bob's magic show is a fun experience, without being overly cheesy like other magicians I have witnessed. He did an amazing trick as his finale that got the whole audience involved. It seems like Bob is great at adapting to different types/sizes of audiences. I would definitely consider hiring him if I were having a party requiring a magician.

I just want to say that Bob absolutely delivers when it comes to his shows. He is very engaging to his audience and he appears to have fun doing ALL of his magic. He'll get you involved with magic that seems difficult and then you realize it isn't at all and you're so wrapped up that you can't pull away! Hi! My name is Bob Thomas and I perform mentalism, close-up magic and sleight-of-hand for just about anyone who can appreciate engaging story lines along with some truly amazing magic. One of the best values I provide is "Strolling" magic, where I mingle amongst your guests and is perfect for all types of events: private parties, restaurants, corporate get togethers, etc., pretty much any type of venue you have where people are spread over a large area, seated or standing. Rates are flexible for these types of events depending how long you want to book me for, but please note there is a 1 1/2 hour min. I also have a 35-45 min. formal close-up show (includes magic and mentalism!) suitable for 1 to about 25 people or so, seated and/or standing as close as possible around a performance area to be able to see properly (coffee table, dining room table, T.V. tray- you get the idea! ) as your space permits. Also available is a 35-40 min. mentalism/mind reading act which is suitable for just about any size party! Almost everything I do involves audience participation (especially the mentalism!) which puts the magic right in your guests hands (Or heads!) Your guests won't just be watching, in some cases THEY will be performing the magic Themselves!! I'll arrive 30-40 min. before "show time" to conclude any remaining business, and ready to start early if needed!
