Body & Soul Pilates

Body & Soul Pilates offers a beautiful, feel great, full body workout.
I concentrate on core strength, stability and flexibility, ALL equally important to maintain your health and youth.
We strengthen the entire body using your own body weight .
We also add equipment, hand weights, bands, pilate balls to our unique classes.
Coming from a Dance background, my classes flow from one movement to the next, allowing constant movement .
Classes are beneficial for the Body Mind and Soul.
It's a way to go within and focus Souley on oneself.
I have had 28 years experience being a Dance teacher and 8 years bringing my pilate classes to life.
I am passionate and LOVE bringing joy to others.
