I only use Bottoms up for bartending service for events l as I trust the company and never had a bad experience. The bartenders are professional Ana and provide great service.
Horrible, in one word. I specifically asked for a female and was told that the only have men that know how to make drinks like Rocket fuel well needless to say he couldn’t make a Rocket fuel didn’t even know what was in it and I know this because he didn’t even open the bottles of 151 and Amertto. In addition spent most of the night in the side of my house on his phone. Had his headphones in while my guests were trying to order drinks. Would never recommend and am extremely disappointed.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback. We had assigned your event to a female bartender as requested and she never answered our calls or texts that morning so I assigned to a male bartender.
As for the male bartender, he made $83 TIP at this event. If he was so horrible why would he even get tipped.
I followed up with this client Gina the following day to assure that event went well. She expressed what she stated in her review. My staff gave us a total different statement.
