Thanks for the great review! I'm glad everyone enjoyed the music and had a good time. It was a pleasure being part of your event!
Brad McCord is one of my priority musicians! Not only is he extremely professional and can read the room, he also interacts w the crowd, hosts karaoke and can learn music on the spot.
I try to book Brad as often as possible but when I have had to rely on other musicians, and they cancel or don’t show, he is my go to in a PINCH! He builds a rapport with the audience, they will continue to ask for him to return! We love Brad McCord!!!

What to Expect
Performances are based on the event and energy of the audience. If background music is needed, then the volume and playing style is adjusted to accommodate. If the audience is engaged, expect to hear a few songs to help keep the engagement going, followed by a top ten list of some sort of well known high energy classics until the end.
About
Brad McCord has been performing since 2020, playing at restaurants, wineries, breweries, and private events around central Indiana, including the Indiana State Fair. Brad is known for his cross genre set list and versatility as a solo acoustic/electric singer songwriter.
His repertoire consists of an acoustic/electric variety of country, pop, bluegrass, gospel, oldies, and classics. His focus while performing is not on himself but making sure that the audience is having fun and that the venue is recognized as the “star of the show”.
Brad is an avid songwriter, with songs including “Glory Bound”, “Peace Water Rain”, “Getaway”, "Rise and Fall" and a guitar instrumental "Joyful Noise". In his music, you can hear various nuances influenced from bluegrass, pop, and Jimmy Buffett. His original music is from the heart and typically a reflection of personal experience.
Brad is a graduate from Anderson University and currently works full time as a Safety and Risk Coordinator, splitting his time between family, work, and music. Self-taught, he learned guitar in high school with just a Hal Leonard Guitar Method book and has continued playing music ever since, making his first public debut in 2020.
Brad will always state that “He is living a dream come true” at every performance and has stated, “If you asked me if I ever imagined performing publicly a few years ago, I would have laughed and said, no way! But I always dreamed of being on the stage playing guitar and singing!”.
Additional Booking Notes
My setup and equipment is very simple. Please provide enough space for speakers, mic stand, pedal board and mic stand. My typical set up for a small audience is one speaker and a monitor. For larger crowds, I will use two speakers and monitor. Most importantly, be sure an outlet is available with 15 feet of the area of set up! Most of this can be discussed prior to the event.

Influences & Inspiration
I love the guitar, so I lean towards influencers like Marty Schwartz and Justin Sandercoe, and spend a lot of time learning theory and all things guitar. I want to master this instrument! My sound has evolved more from this instead of one stand alone artist. However, I find myself playing a lot of Jimmy Buffett, John Mellencamp, Zac Brown Band, The Lumineers, and have recently been listening to a lot of Zach Bryan and Tyler Childers, as well as Luke Combs. Musically, I am all over the place and cannot pinpoint to one particular artist. If I had to choose one, it would be the late Jimmy Buffett, as he is my favorite artist.
