Brass Quest

Brass Quest is a cover band duo / chamber ensemble composed of French horn and tuba. Our compact size and varied repertoire allow us to meet the needs of people and businesses who are hosting small events. With our cover band charts, we are able to supply live music that suits the tastes of most everyone present. Set-up requirements include two chairs without arms, which Brass Quest can provide if necessary.

Brass Quest, Denver’s new favorite French horn + tuba oldies cover band, puts its own spin on
popular hits! DeAunn Davis and Adam Snider have been performing as a duo since 2011. Brass
Quest arranges most of its own music, specializing in oldies covers and Christmas tunes, and has
performed all over the US - in Illinois, Michigan, Utah, Alabama, Nevada, Idaho, Arizona, California,
and Colorado.

As a married couple, Adam and DeAunn love to play weddings! Brass Quest provides classical
music for ceremonies and fun cover tunes for cocktail hours. The pleasant, mellow tones of French
horn and tuba make the perfect background texture for any event, indoor or outdoor. You may have
heard us recently at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center; Denver city parks; Anythink
Bennett, Bob Ragland, or Westminster Public Libraries; Cherry Creek Fresh Market; in recital at
Metro State University; or maybe even at Boulder’s 2022 downtown Christmas Tree Lighting!

Brass Quest has produced music videos for A Visit From St. Nick, an original composition by
DeAunn including LEGO sets and clay gurines, and Adam’s tune Eine Kleine Cookiemusik. Adam
and DeAunn have also commissioned music from composer Matthew Durrant, and have had works
dedicated to them by Cyril Plante and John Dorhauer.

Brass Quest requires two chairs with no arms, which the ensemble can provide if necessary.

Client acknowledges that Brass Quest requires ample protection from any and all elements, including overhead cover from the sun, if applicable. Client agrees to provide such protection as required and stipulated by the Musicians. Brass Quest cannot perform outside in weather under 45°F; should the temperature dip below 45°F at any time during an outside gig, Brass Quest reserves the right to request a transfer to an inside, heated venue provided by the Client, or, if an inside space is not available, cancel the rest of the performance without a reduction in pay.

In the event of an interruption of a performance due to inclement weather, Client acknowledges and agrees that Brass Quest will be compensated in full for their scheduled performance.
