We are the Brasshearts Brass Band! We were accepted into Jazz Fest '22 and '23, we've performed live on ESPN SEC Nation and ESPN College Gameday, and we were also accepted into one of the largest parades of the Mardi Gras season, the Krewe of Rex '22, '23 and '24! We offer our second line brass band for second lines and parades, stationary brass bands for cocktail hours and private parties, and also a full, horn-driven cover band that plays all the hits that's perfect for wedding receptions and big parties! The Brass Hearts were the perfect grand finale for our big day! They brought all the energy and joy. A memory we will never forget.
My wife and I used the Brasshearts for our wedding last month and they were phenomenal! I can not recommend them enough. They were fun, professional, and talented. Doing the 2nd line with them on the Mississippi River was a highlight of our night! Working with Miguel was very easy as well. Please do yourself a favor and use these guys!
6 man line up for a very reasonable price marched down the with me down the streets for 30 minutes. I threw a last minute request for a song on them and they learned to play it on the spot. Would hire them a dozen times over if I came back into the city for a parade

We hired The Brass hearts for my 40th birthday party at a house in New Orleans. Everyone at the party loved them. We ended up extending them because nobody wanted them to leave. Communication was great up to and throughout the whole hiring process. Showed up roomy on time playin music as they arrived. Can’t say enough about how great they were. My friends can’t stop talking about them. Made the party!

Brass hearts made our wedding wonderful! We hired them for our second line and cocktail hour and they were amazing! Miguel handled the permits and police escorts for our second line making everything leading up to the wedding stress free!

They were so kind and respectful to our guests, they were cheerful and enthusiastic, and their musical talent was top notch. They showed up right on time and were waiting as we exited the church. We hired the Brasshearts to play for a 60th birthday party on the Northshore and they were a hit! All of our guests commented on the amazing diversity of their music. From the initial scheduling to the day of the performance, they were extremely professional, provided excellent communications, showed up on time and even worked with us on song selections. I hired brass hearts to play at a black tie fundraiser in Baton Rouge last night, and they stole the show. Great musicians, great entertainers, and talent beyond their years. We also have them booked for another event in February, and can’t wait to host them again. But the second guessing, and just hire them.
The band was absolutely fantastic for the cocktail reception and the life of party! The 2nd Line parade was incredibly fun and the talk of the night. We were highly impressed with everything about the very talented Brasshearts Brass Band. The communication and performance were all top notch. I couldn't be happier! I would absolutely recommend them for any occasion.
I called and set appointment with miquel for my wedding. They met us right on time, played great and had fun doing it. These guys were a hit! I would totally recommend the brass hearts for any event.

Got married last weekend and we wanted to have a brass band for our exit. Brasshearts were amazing! So fun! The music they played was awesome and really got all of the guests hyped up and excited. I had family from New York come in for the wedding and they had never seen anything like this. It was an honor to be the brass band for your New Orleans style wedding reception!
We held a Traditional Catholic Feast day for our Parish Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Covington. I had all this traditional Italian music and marches. Brasshearts played like they were fresh off the boat from a Sicilian village! Their repertoire is extensive and their musical abilities and soul are unmeasurably profound.
We just hope they will remember our little parish church when they are big and famous!
