Bravo Belly Dance

You should expect a lovely duet sharing the art of American Tribal Style belly dance. ATS improvisational movements and cues are inspired by folkloric dances of the Middle East, North Africa, Spain and India. We often may use a prop, such as a sword- this is to be requested beforehand. We are family friendly, our costuming is pretty conservative compared to other styles of belly dance.

Voodoo Hips BDCO is under the direction of Valerie Bravo Woodruff. She is also the owner of Bravo Belly Dance and is available for performance, instruction, and workshops.
