I am a Brazilian Jazz guitarist/composer/arranger and vocalist from NYC. I sing and play a wide range of songs both in English and Portuguese spanning from Bossa nova, samba, baiao, Choro, mpb, to Jazz standards and original compositions. I have performed hundreds of events in New York City and greater New York areas for over 15 years. Be it for private parties, business meetings, weddings, cocktail parties, shows, gallery openings, or any organized events, concerts or festivals, I am confident you will be satisfied with the music performed for your occasion.

I provide a great performance that is very vibrant and entertaining as well as being relaxed and non-obtrusive. I'm on time and very easy to deal with setting up and breaking down equipment. I am happy to accommodate special requests as long as they are given a week or more in advance.
I am a Brazilian/Jazz guitarist, composer arranger and vocalist from NYC.
I have been playing for over 20 years. My repertoire spans from classic bossa novas, choros and sambas, to Jazz standards, classical repertoire, and original music.
I have performed in private events and clubs all over NYC and Brazil for over 15 years. Including: Cornelia Street Cafe, Dizzy's Club, Birdland Jazz Club, and the legendary "Beco das Garrafas" in Rio de Janeiro. I have performed with numerous bands and shared the stage with such greats as Junior Mance, Bernard Purdie, and Becca Stevens.
I sing and play solo shows just guitar and voice, duos, trios, w percussionist, bassist, or guitar duo. I have a vast repertoire that could go on for hours. Perfect for private events. Repertoire includes: Jobim, Chico Buarque, Nelson Cavaquinho, Cartola, Ary Barroso, Pixinguinha, Gilberto Gil, Popular and obscure jazz standards by Jerome Kern, Cole Porter, Rodgers & Hart and many others.
I provide my own amplification for solo guitar/vocal performances 1 mic/stand and music stand/guitar. If the venue is providing monitors and they space is very large I will use the venue's equipment if it is not prohibited to do so. My performances are available both solo and in group setting. Bassist, percussionist, guitar duo or guitar and flute/sax or trumpet duo. Guitar Bass and drums samba/bossa nova trio as well.
