Sarah is a Transformational Mental Health Coach, Motivational Speaker and Personal Trainer for children and parents.
She is inspired by her disabled brother and children from different countries around the world who crossed her way. Sarah strives to empower children and parents to break free from stress, depression and anxiety. Her vision is to give children and parents a better understanding for each other and themselves, so they can build a positive relationship and create the healthy and happy life they deserve.
