Current CEO and President of Breathe Easy Records LLC. Although completing it by himself and producing the tracks alone, the vision of his own label remained unrealised. Finally it was independently founded in late 2004/early 2005 in San Diego California. Its main purpose is still to endorse all copyrights for the recorded song from then on. He was chiefly inspired by funk and soul artists world music.
