I love Jesus. I also love using the gifts God has given me to serve others. I may be brand new to Gig Salad but I am definately not new to performing. Every year I play over 150 shows from the east to west coast. Whether at a festival in front of thousands of people or at a backyard BBQ with 20 friends the mix of my original music and worship will appeal to most crowds. I can make people get on their feet to sing along or watch tears fall as their heart is breaking for God. I have been able to open up for Sidewalk Prophets, Citizen Way and co-write with Matthew West along with working with many others.
Brendan was awesome! He came early to setup and get ready. He was very engaging with people and got them all singing along with him...
It was a great night of praise and worship.
We will surely invite him again...
Brendan was a great addition to our event, and he blessed us with a good music and ministry!! we will definitely book him again!

Since I play a wide assortment of events the event coordinator usually determines my set list. (example-I would not have the same assortment of music for a youth summer camp as I would for a retirement home) My original music isn't all cut from the same mold. I have solid worship songs and then I have pop/rock stuff. I have been able to open up for Sidewalk Prophets, Citizen Way, and have worked with many others.
The first thing you should know about me is that I love Jesus. I also don't like to write bios that sound like I copied it right from wikipedia. I was born and raised in a very rural area in southwest Wisconsin. Go Packers! I started playing guitar at age 15 and began leading worship for a youth group at 16. That was many years ago. In 2007 I helped start a band called Finding Fortress. After varied success and drama through an opportunity to move to Nashville we fell apart in 2011. Through it all I now see God was saying now is not the time or place. After heading to Nashville my first solo album was released in the summer of 2016. Since heading into a solo career God has blessed me time and time again. Hearing stories of how my music has touched lives and brought people back to church is very humbling. I am a worship leader at heart but also love getting people on their feet clapping and singing along to my original music. From campfires to large stages I enjoy using the gifts God has given me to serve others. God is on the move and I am so glad to be part of his church.
When I am just playing solo I can have a very simple setup. I have full lights and sound production if needed or I can utilize whatever equipment you have. I see way too many artist get bent out of shape over guitar stands and venues having older equipment. I do have other musicians that occasionally travel with me.

I usually get to play most of my original music mixed in with a little modern worship.
I usually tell people if you mixed a little Chris Tomlin and Matthew West together that would be me. Supposedly I sound a lot like John Denver.
I can use your gear or I have full production if needed
