Brett provided the kick-off entertainment for a 60th birthday celebration at private home in Scottsdale. Having a mentalist at a wedding was amazing! I know this might not be your first thought when planning a wedding, but Brett performed at my brother’s wedding recently, during cocktails and then again later in the evening, and it was spectacular. Everyone was engaged and it made for the most memorable evening. Brett is warm, friendly, and brought everyone (family and new friends) together as we all bonded over this incredible, shared experience. I cannot recommend him enough. In fact, we then tried to have him come to a work holiday party - but he had a prior engagement. It really was a great night and people are still talking about it.

He was prompt, he included everyone in different ways, and he really added a great vibe to our group! I couldn't believe some of the mentalist acts he was able to perform right before our eyes. We had Barry come for a corporate dinner event and he was very flexible with the start time and configuration of the audience. He truly performed amazing work and entertained the group! He was professional and did a great job! We had a few individuals who had too much to drink in the crowd and he handled their behavior beautifully! (We are so sorry about that) We also had a few skeptics in the crowd of his work and he blew them away too! I would highly recommend him for your next event!

Brett entertained my guests at a family and friends gathering this past Saturday evening. He was fantastic!!! He spent time strolling through the party and speaking to everyone while at the same time doing his mentalist magic!!! Everyone was caught off guard and thoroughly enjoyed!! Later on he put on a spectacular show in my living room using different guests to display his mentalist expertise!!! At the end he posed for pictures with my guests !! As an Executive Producer of corporate events I see a lot of acts every year! I have hired and worked with or seen most of the A-Listers that go on tour year after year. Brett Barry brings that quality of showmanship you expect when paying top dollar! He engages the audience like the pro that he is, makes them comfortable while bringing them to stage and putting them at ease while he works his magic... or in his case his Mentalist! He took a National collection of energy executives and just blew them away. Some if not most in the audience held engineering degrees along with their doctorates, they were dumb founded! As I sat with our crew at front of house we were all scratching our heads! Just a great showman with truly amazing situations he unraveled, I dare not call them tricks as I don't feel like anyone was tricked. His work goes far deeper and is way more engaging then a guy with a deck of cards! The Mentalist will have you and your audience asking "How did he do that?" for weeks after your event! My Husband and I just had our 40Th Birthday Party and Brett Barry was the entertainment for the evening. He not only amazed my Husband and myself, but he amazed everyone at the party too! Usually people talk about the show right after it ends about how great it was, but what about the next day? My friends and family were! I would recommend having Brett at your next event. Brett came out to our Office Dinner Party and everyone really had a great time with him. Everywhere he went people would gather and be amazed at what he was doing. I booked Brett for our Halloween festival and he did an amazing job with the students! He was very natural and mingled well with everybody. DeVry has never booked a performance for any of our events and I'm happy that he was the first!

Brett performed and a Corporate reception for us and was hired to do a 2 hour walk around. When I hired Brett, I wasn't totally sure what I would be getting. Brett was early, putting my mind at ease. 5 Stars. INCREDIBLE. Brett performed for our neighborhood party last night. He did a combination of "strolling" through the crowd while people were socializing and a stand-up performance at the end of the night. Everyone loved it - and him. He is personable and fit right in with us. By the end of the night, he was a neighbor, too! Email communication/booking before the event was EASY and well organized, he was on-time to the party and immediately ready to work. I've already had people ask for his booking information. He is such a great find - he almost seemed TOO good and TOO amazing for our neighborhood party. We should have been at a show in Vegas or something (and paying top $$)... He is affordable, amazing and I right now I wish I was keeping him for my own party secret - now I am going to have to compete for his business with everyone else reading these reviews. Why didn't I think of that sooner? ;)

Brett was a perfect match for our group, he was on time, communicated well what we would be experiencing and the execution was flawless. Brett Barry is an excellent entertainer and was very effective at keeping the audience engaged. At the same time Mr. Barry was great at making the bride-to-be the center of attention. After the bridal shower I got numerous thanks from our guests for not making them “play the dreaded bridal shower games”. It was a welcome change from the typical bridal shower activities.
As a side note, while Brett’s illusions are truly fascinating, the show enjoyment in part also depends on the right and receptive audience, their level of participation and sense of humor.
For my party it was well worth the price, and definitely exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Brett Barry for your next event.

Brett came to help us with our Sales Kickoff event, specifically the main dinner of the event. He was a huge hit with everyone!
