Brittany was happy to confirm her attendance to tend bar for our event. We communicated via phone a month prior, answered all her questions etc. A week before the event, I contacted via text to see if she had any questions. No reply. Phoned, no answer. Gig Salad could not reach her either. She "no-showed" for a confirmed event for 50 people. Probably the most unprofessional behavior ever. She needs to drop out of this app.

I changed my phone number and it was never updated in the app. You ended up booking another professional so I didn’t follow up, so your claim of me being a “no show” is outlandish and no communication is DEFINITELY false since I have our email conversations in my inbox on gig salad. I checked into the website 24 hours prior to the event and saw you decided to work with someone else. Also, my other events and reviews will attest to the level of professionalism and skill I operate with. I took off work for your event a month in advance. We had exchanged conversation and discussed specifics. I tried to update my new information on this site on my phone and I had some technical glitch since it didn’t update, so I do SINCERELY apologize and I have learned from this situation. Also, you were pretty hard pressed about communicating with me quite often so just because you freaked out at last minute shouldn’t reflect on my character or work ethic.

Brittany was able to manage a 3 part New Year’s Eve party for 14 people on her own. She was hard working, efficient and pleasant. I would hire her again.

Brittany was amazing! She served as both bartender and waitstaff at my house Christmas Day with 38 people and did it all on her own! She was prompt, professional, and has a ton of energy! My husband has been asking me for years to get some help and I finally took his advice! Having Brittany gave me more time to sit and relax and enjoy my guests without having to be in the kitchen all day! She kept check on the ovens, set up all the food buffet style and cleaned up after everyone as well and when she wasn’t in the kitchen she was behind the bar making drinks! Thanks, Brittany, for wonderful day!

She greeted our guests with sincerity and warmth serving food and drinks seamlessly for 18 people.
She tidied and left our home looking great before she departed.

We hired Brittany recently for our Halloween party, which ended being a larger party than expected. Brittany did an excellent job tending and mixing for 60+ guests. She is cheerful, bubbly, professional and an excellent mixologist. She took great care of all of our guests and made our party a huge success. I hope to be able to hire her again in the future for other events. I recommend her without hesitation.
