Brooklyn really helped make the night for our Harambee fundraiser amazing! She kept things moving at a great pace. So worked the crowd in ways that delighted and engaged them. So much fun, joy, and happiness was infused into the evening because of Brooklyn's knowledge, style, and understanding of our cause and our goals for the evening. She had done her homework before showing up and it was evident and very much appreciated. We will invite her back over and over again. Brooklyn was our DJ/Emcee for our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, and we could not have been happier with her overall service. Leading up to the wedding, she was the perfect amount of communicative - and she offered a few suggestions during the planning process, just for us to think about, but we always ended up going with her suggestions in the end (she has great insight and experience). She was very thorough in helping us plan every detail and getting a feel for what we most wanted out of the day and she was very fun to work with. During the wedding, we were so pleased with how smoothly she emceed the whole event and how engaged she kept our friends and family during room transitions. We asked a lot of her by requesting very specific segments of songs or custom mixes, and she delivered beautifully. She also managed 2 setups in our venue without any flaws. Brooklyn threw an amazing party - but we really appreciated her most for how she expertly toggled between the meaning/emotion of the day and the fun of it all, too. Brooklyn took time to learn a lot about us and also about our guests during the wedding - some of the funniest moments were jokes she had going with a couple of tables and a joke she had repeatedly with our Best Person. Also, the photo booth came with our package, and it was well, well worth it! The photo booth was perfectly setup and had such a great array of props to choose from - I still forget it came with Brooklyn; such a tremendous additional value to having her a part of our wedding. She was above and beyond what we expected and turned out to be an important part of the experience of the day. We would have never forgotten the songs played at important moments in our wedding, but Brooklyn made the sound and flow of the whole event incredibly memorable. Our wedding wouldn't have been the same without her.
I hired Brooklyn for my wedding and didn't even know where to begin when it came to music. She brought her years of knowledge and experience and it made us feel so comfortable and good about our wedding. She also runs the operations of the rehearsal and ceremony if you would like and does an AMAZING job! It went off without a hitch even though I had missing bridal party members.

Brooklyn is a great listener and focuses on her client's needs and requests.She met with us not just once but twice. Brooklyn just made my day! The day I saw her at our block party in Newcastle I knew I found the entertainment for my event. She is so cute and exudes energy and enthusiasm.

2. She can work the crowd!! My dance floor was packed the minute she got out there when I requested her to show us her Zumba moves. She even got the guys movin!

Thank goodness that you stay calm. When I was hiding out in the backroom, I felt like you were definitely keeping me informed and that already you were starting to work your magic and keep everything going in a logical fashion. How I wish that someone had captured your introductions. It is one of my biggest regrets. It is the one part of the reception that no one has on video but I could hear everyone laughing from my hiding place and I can not express adequately how that made me feel. It is always the bride's day but for me, when my guests are laughing and smiling, it makes it complete.
You knew how to handle every situation with elegance and humor and my boss, Mary, just told me that the "music was fantastic"! And it is always about the music.
At the last minute you cued up the Polish Wedding March so that my mother could have her wish. It was a great call - the crowd was up and clapping. It was an awesome beginning. Then the elegant first dance and impromptu Polkaby.
My heart was warmed by your having the entire crowd say hello in Arabic to my new husband's family. I loved how you got everyone to spontaneously start singing along to "That's Amore"? And the video of you and my mother in a dance battle! OMG - the best. You totally brought down the house when you played my mom's favorite song and got the entire room to hit the dance floor.
Over and over, Guests have shared that it was the most fun wedding they have attended in years. It was in large part your masterful handling of the day.
