Organizations and companies can expect their employees or volunteers will walk away from my dynamic seminar with a fresh perspective and a reinvigorated desire to make a difference. They should expect happier, healthier, more productive workers that spend work time working together to construct solutions, rather than gossiping, worrying, and if this will be the time they get reprimanded for smoking weed.

After years of enduring hardship, with help and humility, I was able to go to college and achieve my dream of being a writer. This was not easy, being a felon that served a decade in some of the country's most notorious prisons. My tale, unfortunately, is all too common. I can empathize with depressed, stagnant workers that have untapped human potential begging to go to work for you. I can help them see that they can overcome their own perceived struggles. Because I did it.

I just need an audience. We all have a voice and a story to tell. I'm just here to help facilitate that process in order to promote positive growth.
