Laurie Slack, the painter behind Bubble! Face Painting, attended art school at Carnegie Mellon University before she started working professionally in theatre design. She took up the role of Fall Festival face painting mom at the request of her daughter’s preschool and wowed the parents with her painting skills. Word got around and fellow parents started hiring her to paint at their children’s parties -- and Bubble! Face Painting was born!
