As an entrepreneur and small business owner for over 15 years, I know what it takes to grow a business from the first day. Every business needs to focus on its C.O.R.E. (Customers, Operations, Results, and Execution) . These four components enable the business to thrive if they are done right. I lead attendees through exercises to begin building a strong C.O.R.E. Attendees leave motivated and equipped to use the tools shared.
I have published over 800 articles in publications including American Management Association’s MWorld, (link hidden), (link hidden), (link hidden), Sales & Service Excellence, and many others on how to do business. Business growth is a result how you do business.

A customized experience! I believe in presenting the learning points of my topics in the context of the audience - industry; leadership stage/level (C-level, entry level, etc.); demographics; type of business; stage of business; and other key elements that impact what the audience/attendees are looking for from an event.
My presentation style is practical and includes sharing real world client and personal experiences with issues and topics. The goal of each engagement is to enable the attendee/participant to leave the event with actionable content that can be applied to transform their role, organization, and life.
I love to use humor as appropriate to get points across. Whether it is a technical topic like dealing with emerging and increasing government regulations and their impact on business strategy and profitability or leadership lessons in organizational change, there is an opportunity to lighten the load with appropriate humor.
