New Orleans based wedding & event band comprised of Frenchmen and Bourbon Street musicians.
Number of members range from a 6 piece (rhythm section with a male and female singer) to a 9 piece (rhythm section, male and female singer, +3 horns), depending on the client's preference.
We primarily play a great mix of current Top 40's and "oldies but goodies", but are happy to include our client's favorite songs at their event!
DJ services also available.

Led by New Orleans based singer/songwriter Caitlin Bement, Caitie B. & The Hand Me Downs is comprised of musicians who frequently play the Frenchmen Street and Bourbon Street circuits (including a few Grammy nominees and winners!).
We provide our own PA and will work with the venue regarding power requirements.

Event space must be made available to CB & The HMDs no less than two hours before the performance start time.
Will provide sound equipment for performance and can include a presentation microphone (if requested by Purchaser). If audience is to exceed 400 people, CB & The HMDs can choose to expand sound equipment inventory for an additional fee.
If requested, CB & The HMDs can provide stage lighting at an additional cost (TBD based on venue and attendee size).
Minimum power requirements for sound system is one UNSHARED 15-amp, 120-volt, wall mounted outlet set or power drop, placed within 20 feet of the set-up area.
Requires cover and protection from snow, rain, and direct sun. For any event, an alternate climate controlled environment is required if the temperature is below 50 degrees Fahrenheit, or exceeds 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
A stage is not required and is completely optional, however, CB & The HMDs will not set up on grass, gravel, dirt or similar. The performance area must be a flat and dry surface. Any stage provided MUST be carpeted.
