Cara performed at my son's first birthday party and what a delight! We had 40 adults, 6 babies and 2 children, and Cara engaged every last person. Cara's voice - oh my word - utterly amazing. She made an immediate connection to the babies and was beyond kind, energetic, patient and fabulous. Her song selection was fantastic, even the adults joined in singing and dancing. She really made my son's day extra special, especially with shakers, bubbles and the parachute! Such a memorable first birthday party. I really want to throw a party for myself just to hire Cara - she is that good!

Cara is a true talent. She is so engaging with children and her voice is unbelievable. She was able to hold the attention of 50 three year old's at my son and my daughter's parties and they had such a great time!

My company hired Cara Samantha and her band for our store' anniversary event celebration as a cover band. Her band arrived on time and made our jobs very easy for us by following the schedule on time that we set for the evening. Cara's singing prompted many great comments from our guests and staff. We were delighted to have worked with Cara as she is professional as well as flexible to make things work for our event. I would absolutely work with her again and cannot wait to see her play live again.

Cara entertained our guests at my Husband's 50th birthday bash. I am so happy I found Cara, she was so professional and easy to work with. She checked in with me regularly from the time I initially reached out to her to discuss details of the party and understand pricing and availability. All the way through the party planning stage, where she helped me solidify the timeline of events. She even reminded me that we had to allocate time to sing happy birthday (DUH, almost forgot that, seriously). She was able to secure the musicians I asked for to make the music extra special for the event. She sang a great set of songs from the period and style that my husband loves. All of the guests loved the music and she really has a great voice. Cara puts on a great show. I could not possibly recommend her more highly. I plan to use Cara for all of my big parties going forward!

Thank you Cara for helping to make our 1 year olds bday a huge success!! You were so fun and interactive with 20 kids and kept their attention for almost an hour (no small feat!!) We also loves how you made our 3 year old feel like it was a special day as well. The guitarist and microphone really allowed you to keep focus on the festivities and everyone had a great great time. I would definitely recommend!!

For the past three years we’ve hired Cara to sing at our daughter’s birthday parties. It is truly the highlight of the party for us and for our daughter. Our guests have a great time, too! Not only does Cara have an amazing voice, but she is a terrific entertainer and knows how to connect with everyone in the room, including babies and toddlers. She takes song requests and finds a way to make them her own. She will bring your party to life, and you will find yourself relaxing and dancing and singing along! You will not be disappointed!!

I hired Cara to sing a medley of Disney ballads, Broadway tunes and child-friendly pop songs for my daughter's sixth birthday, and she was such a delight! As cliched as it sounds, a good time was had by all. She brought not only her incredible voice to the party, but also her infectious laugh and her high energy. She showed the utmost professionalism in all of our dealings/transactions, and I would hire her again in a heartbeat.

She's professional, so easy to deal with behind the scenes leading up to an event, unbelievably talented, her stage presence and interaction with the crowd is off the charts but it's her beautiful voice that sets her apart from the rest. I hosted a party for 60 guests, and wanted it to be special. Cara Samantha and her guitarist drove from New York to my home near Boston to perform at the event. I'll tell you straight: she is amazing! Not only did she put in an extraordinary effort to travel to the event, but she performed three sets with only short breaks, and sang with heart-felt soul and intensity. I wanted something special, and I got it. I highly, highly recommend Cara and I would have her perform at any event that I host again in the future!

Cara is an absolute treasure. Hiring her was a smooth, professional experience and her performance was amazing. The perfect addition to our society dinner.

I booked Cara on January 2016 to sing prior to me proposing in New York at the Marriott Rooftop bar on November 22nd 2016.

Cara went above & beyond to make the day as special as it could possibly be by keeping in regular contact for months before the big day, offering different ideas & locations that would make the day perfect!

On the day, Cara arrived early so she could practice one last time & at that point I knew I'd picked the right person as she is so professional & she wanted it to be perfect just like I did. Cara & her guitarist then sang 'Hey There Delilah' before I got on one knee & proposed to my future wife (she said yes!!!!).

The whole event went even better than i'd imagined & this is a moment we will cherish forever, we even had a friend video the whole thing which you can check out on Cara's music Facebook page.

Once again i'd just like to say thank you for being a complete professional throughout, so helpful & then topped it off with a perfect performance.

If I had to describe our wedding in two words, I'd pick crazy and awesome. If I had to describe Cara and her band in two words I'd just say crazy awesome.

Months before the rings were exchanged and I publically smooched a beautiful woman in a white dress, Cara was working with us to make it easy. She was proactive with her communication, and was always prompt in her responses. There were no questions asked or extra fees charged for any of our custom requested songs. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for an easier person to work with.

Now, while she is darn good getting everything together for the big day, it doesn't even begin to compare to how well she and the band performed. In the few weeks since our wedding we've talked to a few of our guests. Without fail, they've all mentioned two things: the food (which was copious and delicious) and the band. They were just this magical piece of the wedding puzzle that placed itself perfectly.

Our first taste of their talent was from the pianist who played the ceremony. While guests were being seated she played some lovely instrumental versions of some contemporary pieces we requested. These included Justin Timberlake's Mirrors and the theme to Jurassic Park. (No judging! It was to make sure I remembered to smile and breathe.) She also was absolutely flawless playing the classics we requested. My favorite was Canon in D during the bride's enterance. It was beautiful.

After the ceremony, they ran the show. They began by introducing the Wedding Party to a top-notch rendition of "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough', and encored with a flawless version of "Happy" for our first dance. During dinner they played background music which added to the atmosphere yet still allowed for casual dining conversation. Then, after all the food and speeches they kept on playing some of the best live music we could've asked for.

I think my favorite moment with her was during our last song of the night. It was a low key song: "Shout", by Otis Day and the Knights. My new wife and I were dancing surrounded by all of our friends and family. The next thing I know, my wife and I are running around a circle of our friends and family high-fiving all the cheering people. We wouldn't have made it around to everyone, but they stretched that sucker out until we had made a trip around that circle of smiling faces! I know it's a memory that will always make us smile.

That's it though. That's the level of thoughtfulness you'll get from Cara Samantha. It really is unreal, and I can't recommend her enough.

The hardest part about working with someone like Cara, is that at the end of the day you have too many wonderful memories, and if you're like me you want to share them all. I mean I could, but I think you get the gist. I guess to put it succinctly, Cara and her band were a solid dose of awesome on our crazy day.

P.S. Tell your guitarist everyone mentions how awesome he was, and loved his outfit.

We had Cara perform at our little girl's 1st birthday party. There were about 10 toddlers and some babies, and Cara was able to effortlessly engage them all. She had tons of energy and a true connection with the kids. I loved how she sang songs that the kids knew, but also some that the parents enjoyed too! She had instruments, bubbles, and even a parachute that they all absolutely loved. I would recommend Cara again in a heartbeat. Thanks for making our party so special!!

Cara was a lovely addition to the adults section of our daughter's bat mitzvah at the Ritz Carlton hotel. While the kids were dancing and screaming in another section entirely, the adults enjoyed a relaxing dinner. Months after the event guests still comment about the unique and enjoyable bat mitzvah we had and appreciated Cara's music selection, voice and the overall ambience she gave our celebration. I know I will tap Cara again for future events. Highly recommended.

The Amazingly Talented and Beautiful Cara Samantha is all I can say .

From the moment I booked Cara through Gigsalad I was instantly made feel like I had made the perfect choice . Cara really brings an air of sheer professionalism to the table with characteristics like planning , communication, responsibility and overall helpfulness which really was so appreciated by me during this process. Cara went as far as to actually suggest & pick the PERFECT Location for where I popped the question. This was followed up by a fully conclusive Map and directions to the locations along with photographs of the site etc....Her performance of the song I chose on the day was breathtaking as her very unique voices brought myself and my Fiance Alexandra to tears. I cant speak highly enough of Cara. We truly are 200% satisfied with how everything played out from conception to delivery .
I highly recommend this lady for any event that you may have planned as her talent and attention to detail is the best ive experienced.

My daughter's 5th birthday princess picnic on a hot NYC July day was not exactly the easiest of challenges but Cara Samantha and her guitarist, Andreas made it perfection. I had a set list of my daughter favorite songs and she accommodated our last minute additions and absolutely rocked them! I was so impressed. It made me want to look into her original music because now I'm a fan ;-) She was beautiful and her voice soared like an angel creating the perfect environment for our event. A bravo for this new and inspired mama~ sharing her gift to the world.
