Michelle Enjoli is a career development coach and speaker who teaches professionals and leaders how to own their career growth and development through leadership strategies.

She was a first-generation American and college student who landed her dream job as a television producer in NYC before her college graduation. Since then, she has developed content for global brands in television broadcasting and marketing. In 2016 while working for Mercedes-Benz USA, she decided to create the first all-inclusive business resource group to develop programs and events to foster connections among employees and leaders for career growth.

She then built a curriculum designed to teach professionals how to personally brand themselves, network effectively, become connected leaders and use their unique value proposition to consistently create and attract career opportunities. She currently delivers keynotes to universities, business schools, startups and Fortune 500 companies worldwide.

Michelle has an idea worth sharing and her talk “The Most Important Connection to Make for Success" is now available on TED. Her journey and work have been recognized by the Better Business Bureau and US Chamber of Commerce. She has been featured in Entrepreneur, Forbes, Fortune, glassdoor, yahoo, Inc., Telemundo and Rolling Stone among other outlets.
