Overview
I am a "Strolling" Caricaturist drawing quick 2 . 5 minute caricatures with black marker on 11X17 paper. Singles, couples and groups of 8 or less. Hats, costumes and props spice up my drawing also. General Themes: Super Hero, Western and Sports. Each drawing comes with a Clear Plastic Bag for protection. I work Weddings, Carnivals, Birthday parties and Corporate picnics mostly.

Caricature Art (Mark) was amazing! He was able to draw such fun likenesses of the participants/concert goers in such a short amount of time. Mark arrived right on time and was ready to draw. He mingled among our guests and had a great respect for whatever events were happing at the time, so his strolling while drawing was not in any way disruptive. Impressive artist and talented. What to Expect
I work from a messenger bag over my shoulder and clip board in my hand. I draw sitting as well with black marker putting up to 8 heads on each page. I have some light conversation with my subjects. This inspires more ideas to draw from. The paper is 11X17 and comes with clear plastic bag for protection. Couples are most fun as I can add a entertaining theme. I dress in Hawaiian Shirts, Dress paints or shorts and fadora / panama hats.
About
I began drawing caricatures at age 6. It was always a source of entertainment for me growing up. I drew caricatures of my teachers, friends and ship mates on the USS Midway when serving in the Navy 1975-79. I attended the Colorado Institute of Art from 1979-Aug.81. I started my business Sept. of 1981 working parties and trade shows. I had a monthly appearance on Blinky's Fun Club in the 80's. I most enjoy " Strolling and Drawing " from table to table at wedding receptions. Thank you.
Additional Booking Notes
I do well in average lighting situations. The Caricatures are given to each subject on the spot. Party Host likes to hang them up on the walls, post them on social media for all to see.
