Carrara's performance was the highlight of my husband's birthday party! From our first conversation, I knew I was dealing with such a nice, down-to-earth person. Carrara made me feel completely at ease with the whole process of hiring entertainment which is something I'd never done before. She made lots of suggestions to personalize the show and graciously handled all of my special requests. Her dancing and costumes were fabulous and she got everybody out of their seats and dancing. My husband traveled the Middle East when he was in the military and has seen many belly dancers. He said Carrara is the best he's seen! I am so happy with the way my husband's birthday surprise turned out and we will definitely hire Carrara for future events. The whole experience from start to finish was super easy, professional, and most importantly fun. It was my Husband's 50th Birthday Party, Carrara was definitely icing on the Cake, she is a Talented Beautiful Dancer. She was ABSOLUTELY wonderful to work with! From before the ceremony taking, she took it upon herself to confirm everything was set with the venue & the DJ & having a great discussion with us in regards to what we were looking for. Then the ceremony & her entertainment for our guests....she was outstanding. Included the young children to the elders & made everyone feel at ease & maintained a family atmosphere. Carrara Nour and her colleague danced at our Big Fat Gay Greek & Indian wedding. She came up with a fun mix of "Grindian" blended music that entertained ALL of our family and friends. Carrara Nour is extremely professional, fun, well spoken, and of course a wonderful dancer. My event was a work party to promote the National Geographic book, Tales from the Arabian Nights. Carrara contacted me several times to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted and made great suggestions about the performance. She graciously agreed to speak to my guests about the origins of the dance. I highly recommend making this a part of your event.

My best friend turned 40 recently and we thought it would be fun to do something different for him. Carrara put on a spectacular and fun show, and really had the crowd going. She is extremely talented in dance and moreover, extremely accommodating to my specific requests. I would highly recommend her for any event and will be using her again.

My husband and I booked Carrara to perform at our recent wedding and all I have to say is that she totally completed our special day!

We're both Arab-American and while we only wanted a short 15-minute performance, it was still really important to us that we picked a great belly dancer. Carrara was perfect! She was to happy to discuss music and accommodate my family's song requests, and she even coordinated her costume with my wedding decor!

Our guests won't stop talking about how much fun they had at our wedding, and they still rave about Carrara's show. Her dancing was so beautiful and fun, and left everyone smiling all night. Our wedding wouldn't have been the same without her.

My friends and I have been to a few too many bachelorette parties this year and we wanted to do something a little nicer for my sister than going clubbing downtown. (We didn't want to go the male stripper route either!) One of my friends suggested a belly dance class for all the girls and recommended Carrara who had danced at her friend's bridal shower a couple years ago.

I instantly clicked with Carrara and loved how she really, genuinely cared about making our party perfect! She even recommended adding a short 15-minute performance to our belly dance class, and I'm so glad we splurged on that option! Everyone loved her sword dance and her intricate costume, and the show really set the mood for our belly dance class. The class was so much fun thanks to Carrara's fabulous energy and humor. We had lots of laughs trying to copy her moves, which she made appear so effortless during the show! She was very generous and professional and even stayed a few minutes extra for group photos.

Carrara's belly dance show and lesson were a really classy addition to my sister's bachelorette party. Our only regret is that we didn't meet Carrara soon enough to hire her for my sister's wedding! I certainly got it right when I booked this energetic, and impressively talented, young lady to perform at our Labor Day BBQ/ pool party. I had originally given our party a Hawaiian theme but also wanted to introduce a crossover to traditional dance from other parts of the world. After researching Carrara's bio and experience, I chose her and she did not disappoint!
After calling, I was contacted within minutes by an obviously experienced professional Carrara Nour, and found myself immediately impressed by her upbeat friendly personality and determination to meet my needs and answer my questions. I hung up the phone satisfied that I was dealing with a dependable business professional, skilled in her craft, easy to get along with, and flexible to my schedule.
I had to call and reschedule her performance time due to other guests arriving late. Carrara was extremely eager to please and agreed to the schedule change no problem, that was painless.
Upon arrival I met with a confident 'open faced' smiling young professional with a strong hand shake. I went over the particulars of how I wanted her to be presented after setting the stage, again she was eager to work with my preferences and appeared to genuinely be enjoying what she does and excited to entertain the guests, especially the young girls little 'mini-lessons' I requested.
Carrara made her entrance and immediately entranced our guests with an unexpected level of talent. I've been to Greek restaurants and events, Middle East restaurants, belly dancing is a huge tradition especially in those regions, but I've never seen anyone dance with such spellbinding fluid coordination and energy. The beautiful music used her to express itself, as if the music became a person to present itself to you. The guest were simply captivated. It's clear Carrara very much enjoys what she does and makes sure you know it with her determination to leave you with a positive business experience from phone call, to dazzling your guests with enchanted mesmerizing dance, to leaving you glad you chose her to be a permanent part of your memorial event. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend for his 50th Birthday, we had a small party at home and I hired Carrara to perform. What a delight! From the first time I contacted her, she was prompt to response and very very nice. Very professional, and classy. Wonderful show, we all enjoyed it very much! What an incredible evening. This incredible lady had talent, ,physical stamina and got everyone going. She even had two peopole in the group belly dancing, and had the birthday boy up and dancing with everyone cheering. It was an incredible evening thanks to Carrara.
