Cary is a former competitive boxer who is now an Olympic certified coach who grew a chain of boxing clubs in California. She has been featured in many national publications including being on the cover of Muscle & Fitness Hers. She was also on the NBC show Fear Factor, CNBCs Billion Dollar Buyer and Lifetimes Fit 2 Fat 2 Fit.
She created the Too Pretty brand which empowers girls and young women to be strong and independent. Encouraging them to participate in any sport or job even if it is male dominated.
Cary has been keynote speaker for Mayweather Promotions at the MGM in Las Vegas for Titans of the Trade, school assemblies, corporate conferences and many more events.

Twenty years ago, we had a unique event at Nugget Market, Inc. inside the boxing facility owned by Cary. She not only allowed us to have our event there, but also presented to our team multiple times as we had people coming in and out throughout the day. While the event was multifaceted without a doubt, the highlight by far was Cary’s inspirational talk. Her motivational was only a small part of the whole agenda, but easily had the biggest impact on our team.
Now, 20 years later we were back at the drawing board for another unique leadership team event. The theme was highlighting standout people who are the only ones who do what they do, and the very first person we thought of requesting for our list of speakers was Cary Williams. She graciously accepted with enthusiasm and I’m happy to say she’s even better now than we remembered.
At our most recent event, Cary crushed it once again. She commands the room and connects with her audience. Her fire is palpable, and her passion is inspiring. She understood our expectations and more than exceeded them, delivering a clear, truly inspirational talk on the topic with energy and enthusiasm. Her candor, her courage, her realness, her passion all had tears rolling down people’s faces. On top of that, she gave this presentation eight times back-to-back and crushed it every single time.

Over the past 27 years Cary Williams has, owned, operated and grown a gym chain, become an Olympic level boxing coach, been a competitive fighter, a boxing promoter, inventor, presenter motivational speaker and successful entrepreneur.
Cary Williams founded PRIME TIME BOXING, INC. in 1998 and also created Prime Time Boxing Club, a non-profit organization that offers scholarship programs to pay for the training, equipment and travel expense of disadvantaged children. She grew a chain of boxing clubs in Northern CA before moving to Santa Monica, CA.
Cary has been featured on NBC, CBS, ABC and FOX as well as in national publications such as Shape, Energy, Fitness, Entrepreneur, Inc., FHM, USA Today and The New York Times. Cary has even graced the cover of Muscle & Fitness HERS.

Cary has been recognized by The California Legislature along with Brandi Chastain and several other women in sports for her contribution and impact on girl’s sports. In the boxing world, Cary boxed competitively in the amateurs and won the Pacific Northwest Women’s Tournament before hanging up her gloves. She is a Level IV Boxing Coach and was also selected by USA Boxing to certify trainers as LEVEL I and Level II USA Boxing coaches. She also received a certificate of completing for the Elite Boxing Coach Clinic at the Olympic Training Center. Cary has trained many boxers, some of which have made it to Olympic Trial Qualifying Tournaments.
Cary founded the “Knocking Out Obesity” tour which stopped at 10 of the “fattest” cities in the nation (according to Men’s Fitness). Cary conducted non-contact boxing workouts with students at 10 middle schools in the nation. The principals, teachers and students of each of these schools were excited that their school had been chosen as a stop on the tour and asked to be on the list for the following years. Subway was the “lunch time” sponsor at 4 of 10 cities stopped at. The only way to create awareness is to get out there in the communities and that is what the tour did!
Cary has created a brands/companies such as, Too Pretty, B&B Method and currently Tussle. Cary took her years of experience as a woman in a male dominated sport and turned it into a fight fitness gear company called Tussle! This is her latest venture and recently got a test order with Dick's Sporting Goods!
