If you are going to award prizes:
What we suggest is have you give each player one raffle ticket and one $1,000 bill in fun money when they arrive (we supply the fun money and raffle tickets). They take their fun money to the table of their choice and buy chips. At the end of the night, they cash in their chips for more raffle tickets. (one ticket for each $1,000 or part there of). Most people will have enough in chips to receive 5 to 30 raffle tickets. Then you hold a drawing for any prizes you want to award. That way everyone has at least one chance to win a prize. The people who win more have a better chance of winning a prize.

The tickets are in two parts with the same number on both parts. They turn ½ in and keep the other ½. If you want us to provide you with the fun money or tickets prior to the setup time, please contact us.

If you are going to require people to be present to win, then they just check to see if there number is drawn, if you want people who left early to be able to win, they will need to write their name and phone number on the back of the drawing ticket.

If you have several prizes, we suggest that you have a separate sack or drawing box for each prize for people to put their tickets. One person may want to win the day spa you might give away where someone else might rather win the tickets to a football game. More small prizes seem to be more popular then one or two bigger prizes. We believe this method complies with Oklahoma laws, where awarding prizes to the top winners does not.

You might want to set a limit of one prize per person or prizes for employees only or any other restrictions you want.
