Casting Shadows

This is a high energy band with non stop heavy driving ROCK & ROLL music that will keep everyone on their feet and wanting more. We strive to play covers that no other band is playing. And if other bands are playing a similar tune, we strive to make it our own, but still recognizable to the audience.

Our goal is to entertain and to keep the audiences attention during the entire show with crowd interaction and high energy stage presence.

Five guys and a gal that got tired of hearing "Oh nobody wants to hear that crap". We don't think so. Springfield MO is becoming a more RocknRoll city, its just never seen a cover band like this. We are on a mission & think the people in this city are ready to see a band that not only is gonna play the cool early 80's hair metal bands to the early 90's to even some current hits, AND IT ALL KICKS ASS!
All of the band members reside in the Springfield MO area and are dedicated to entertain the public in every area. Michael Apperson is not only our lead guitar player, but also builds them for a living and has over 25 years of stage and recording experience. The man on the skins, Justin Raynes has been keeping the beat for nearly 30 years of stage experience. Daniel Greene our lead singer came from Kentucky and now resides in the Springfield area. Don't let his Kentucky accent fool you, as he can voice all artist such as Ozzy Ozbourne and the late Bon Scott of AC/DC. David Dameron brings the Bass to the group with his deep tones. He has over 15 years experience is currently recording with an original band, The Noosa. Rob Pounds who is our Rhythm guitar player has over 10 years experience with his main influence being Eddy Van Halen. Last but not least our female vocals are provided by Jennifer Lovelady. This is Jennifers first band; however one could not tell as she belts out Pat Benatar and songs from The Pretty Reckless.

We have a full set-up of PA equipment for small and large venues weather its for a company party, large outdoor functions to the indoor wedding parties. We have all lighting to fulfill the concert experience and stage experience.
