I am a classically trained harpist from Argentina who is making a career change from music professor and symphony orchestra soloist to entertainment for weddings and other events. I have a large repertoire of music, including popular, Broadway, and of course classical pieces. I have recently begun this career track and have played in several venues and can provide references from parties and concerts where I have appeared.
Harp music is elegant and beautiful and can provide a background for an intimate party or event as well as a formal wedding service. As noted above, started my career in Argentina. I had the privilege to receive a full scholarship to study in France with the world-renowned harpists Micheline Kahn and Pierre Jamet at the Ecole Normale in Paris. After returning from Paris, she resumed her position as principal harpist with the Entre Rios Symphony Orchestra and professor of harp at the Conservatorio Provincial de Musica in Sante Fe, Argentina.
I have been an active participant in The New Sussex County Symphony for years since coming to the United States. I have also performed with the Water Gap Singers and The Sussex County Oratorio as well as at parties and weddings recently.
While the classics have been most influential in my training and background, I have become well versed in popular music in my role as a harp teacher in the USA.
