In "The Lost Art of Excellent Customer Service" keynote, I share strategies related to the do's and don't s of providing excellent customer service to your clients/customers.
In my keynote, "The Art of Crystal Clear Communication." I explain in detail the importance of communication. I take the audience back in time when communicating was a yell across the fence and whisk them forward into the 21st century and todays modern technology. I encourage participants to embrace technology and social media to get that all important message out to their clients as clearly and effectively as possible.

One of the most exciting and educational experiences in my life has been the time I have been active in Toastmasters International. For fourteen years I have participated in many Toastmaster leadership programs . I have achieved the highest level in TMI "The Distinguished Toastmaster." Over my forty five year business career, I have served in a wide variety of sales and customer service related positions. Currently, I am a small business owner/entrepreneur. I have used my experience in business coupled with my Toastmaster's training and my love for public speaking to develop the keynotes I present. All the information I share is from a life time of experience. I have learned strategies which have proven to be productive in both areas of customer service and communication.
As a business owner, I know what I expect from my employees when it relates to serving my customers. I also know what I expect when I am the customer. I whisk then forward to the 21st century and modern communication resources. I help the audience understand the importance of embracing technology and social media in order to be heard.
