Established in 1989, owned and operated by Stephanie Cofield, we have 35+ years in the industry. I have been a resident of Ocean County for over 20 years enjoying all things beachy. We offer over the top designs and service with a diverse team of designers, production, delivery and setup crews allowing to give each event our undivided attention.

1. Venue Specifications:
• Ceiling Height: For installations like balloon arches or columns, a minimum ceiling height of 10 feet is recommended.
• Space Availability: Adequate floor space is necessary for larger installations to ensure safety and visual impact.
2. Environmental Conditions:
• Temperature Control: Balloons are sensitive to temperature fluctuations. Maintaining a stable indoor temperature between 68°F and 72°F helps preserve balloon integrity.
• Outdoor Events: For outdoor setups, considerations include weather conditions such as wind and rain. Utilizing durable materials and secure anchoring methods is essential to withstand environmental elements.
3. Access and Setup:
• Loading Zones: Provision of accessible loading zones close to the event area facilitates efficient unloading and setup.
• Setup Time: Depending on the complexity of the décor, setup can range from 1 to 4 hours. Early venue access ensures timely completion.
4. Power Supply:
• Electrical Outlets: Access to standard electrical outlets is necessary for equipment like electric air pumps used during setup.
5. Safety Considerations:
• Fire Regulations: Compliance with local fire codes is mandatory. We use flame-retardant materials when required and ensure that installations do not obstruct emergency exits or pathways.
6. Client Collaboration:
• Design Approval: We provide design mock-ups for client approval prior to the event to ensure alignment with your vision.
• On-Site Coordination: A designated point of contact at the venue assists in addressing any immediate concerns during setup and ensures smooth communication.
