Hi, my name is india, owner and head decorator for Celebrations Ballon Boutique. we specialize in balloon artistry and have props for the event as well. If you also need full event decorating services and planning, we offer that as well; we are partners with other local businesses. No job is too big or too small. Some clients come to me knowing exactly what they want, and some have no idea. Regardless of which one you are, I can fill in the blanks. I truly enjoy utilizing my skill of arts and crafts and creativity to accomplish design.
Celebrations Ballon Boutique made a dream come true for my niece! We wanted to give her a garland for her birthday and they delivered.
