When an unexpected issue came up, we scrambled to get help with our event. We reached out to Megan. Her team came through like champs. Providing excellent service created a very classy atmosphere. We will definitely reach out to her for help with future functions.

I had high expectations for our scheduled meeting with the waitstaff at 5:45 PM, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. Despite arriving on time, no one showed up until I called at 6:10 PM, only to be told that the assigned waiter was unresponsive. Another waiter was eventually sent, but they didn’t arrive until 1.5 hours after the original time.

While the replacement waiter did an excellent job, the first two hours were critical for welcoming my friend to our party, and I had to manage everything on my own, which was quite stressful. I appreciate the effort to remedy the situation, but the initial delay significantly impacted our event.

Excellent service and great communication with quick responses. Every request was met. We enjoyed having you as our bartender for our wedding. Meagan handled everything so well, from set up, to tending the guest, to taking down. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone planning an event.

The young ladies did an excellent job serving our guests. They came in ready to work and pitched in wherever needed. They were professional and pleasant to the guests. I would highly recommend them.

We needed a server to help with the Fellowship after my Mom's Funeral. We were blessed with the most beautiful soul and amazing person. She went Above and Beyond what was asked of her. It was very easy booking and the company stayed in constant contact with me! Messages were answered usually in minutes! Please don't hesitate to book with them !

Meagan was wonderful!!! She made sure everyone had shots and drinks without a long wait. She called and discussed drinks that i wanted and created and she made a bar sign that went with the drinks and she made them perfectly. She was right on point. Thank you!

I hired Pretty Pours on VERY short notice (less than a week) and made my day as effortless as it could have been! I had an outdoor wedding reception and Meagan and her team were PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL, and went above and beyond! They had all of the guests pleased and stayed 2 steps ahead of what we needed.
I had a very detailed itinerary and they kept things moving along for the entire event.
Through all of the moving and shaking- despite giving my phone to my niece- I didn’t get a single picture of the event and the ones from the guests came in a week later 🤦🏾‍♀️
Meagan actually took some AMAZING shots and sent them to me the next day so I was actually able to see what we experienced.
They handled the setup, serving, refills, keeping tables clean, protecting my top tier of my cake, cleanup, and even made sure everyone had food to take home. Since I was coming from out of town, I had a LOT of boxes to start. By the end, what supplies were left were all neatly packaged to transport back home, which took so much of the work off of me!
If I ever had to go back to North Carolina, I would DEFINITELY use Pretty Pours again! Unfortunately I’m located in Georgia, but if they ever expand to Georgia, I’d hire them for EVERY event!!! **hint hint**

I cannot say enough about my positive experience with Pretty Pours! I needed 2 servers for my wife’s surprise party. Pretty Pours was detailed and immediate in their communication with me leading up to my event. The servers they provided, Liane and David, were outstanding. They each presented neat and professional and took care of all matters related to set up, warming, serving, clean up, and even packing up our leftovers. Our servers were well organized, really friendly, and self-directed which was a huge plus! I really didn’t have to do a thing except enjoy the party! Not sure we can ever pull off another ‘surprise’ event but for next big family gathering, would definitely hire again!

Went above and beyond

I needed waitstaff for my bridal shower, and Pretty Pours delivered it in less than 24 hours. Ms. N (as we called her) arrived 15 minutes early and was professional, helpful, and pleasant. I could enjoy my event and didn't have to worry about the little details.
We look forward to working with them again for our welcome party and farewell breakfast.

This was our first time using a bartender for a house party. Amber came on time, was super friendly and did an amazing job!!! All our guests loved the experience and we could enjoy time with them instead of making drinks!

We had a tented dance party on a day with on and off storms; Amber and Janeen powered through set up and serving the event with confidence and ease. We had a keg, wine, and Aperol spritz, and they handled it all so seamlessly. When their shift was done, they were kind enough to prep 10 more Aperol spritz with the rest of the opened bottle to smooth the transition.

ABSOLUTELY recommend Meagan! She helped my make my baby shower a beautiful event by knowing how to place the food to make it its most appealing, helping getting all flatware, serving dishes, etc out, as well as clearing tables and cleaning up after almost 30 people, preventing a massive mess being left after the event ended. Would most definitely work with Pretty Pours in the future!
