Rico was the guest speaker for the start of a multiple day long sales meeting for a client. Leading up to the opportunity, he was fabulous to work with - very accommodating of our specific requests, open to discussing various creative ideas, etc. He even took the time out of his busy schedule to meet with us in person the day prior to the event for a mini "rehearsal".

Rico helped us kick off the sales meeting in a funny, entertaining, and useful way. The team walked away with information that they can apply to various business situations moving forward.

I have to say that I went into your Respect in the Workplace workshop with low expectations and thinking I was going to hear the same things I've heard in similar workshops I've attended while at other major corporations. I want to let you know that I walked away from your workshop both inspired and encouraged on how to better manage and address my relationship with my spouse as well as some co-workers that tend to be abrasive. Your workshop has inspired me to begin taking the necessary steps toward a happier existence with my spouse as well as a more conscience approach to the respect I show myself and others and vice versa. I plan on using your sandwich approach when interacting with my spouse and focusing on being a better active listener vs. passive listener and responding accordingly, and expecting no less in return. I know these are common sense life rules to live by but your workshop was an eye opener for myself and I believe everyone that attended, in terms of being better listeners and the level of respect shown to others and ourselves. It has now been a month since our workshop and I can tell you that my relationship with my wife has improved as I have become an active listener and actually hear what's important to her rather than giving her empty responses. The level of respect for one another has increased immensely! I appreciate the swift kick to the rear quarters that I needed to start addressing the issues that have needed addressing for sometime. I would highly recommend your workshop to anybody! Your workshop is fun, engaging, entertaining, and there wasn't a minute of boredom during the hour and half spent with you!

Ricardo (Rico) is an awesome and passionate motivational speaker. I was completely drawn in by his energy and his ability to inspire. He has an amazing way of using life experiences and humor to allow his message to sink into the masses. By listening to him speak he has given me invaluable tools for many aspects of my life.

I enjoyed his entire speaking all the way through. He is very motivational, enthusiastic and passionate about what he does. I learned a great deal from him and what he has to share. I would recommend attending any of his seminars because you leave feeling like a different and better person. He is so knowledgeable in every aspect of life that it is so refreshing just to meet him. I love the fact the he tries to enhance who you are and your talents as a person and professionally, and teaches you the tools to make your dreams reality with just a little effort.

On Sunday, January 19th of 2014 Rico Correia shared with our congregation on his experience as a 9-11 survivor. Not only was his story compelling, inspiring and moving, but he also took the opportunity to encourage others to give more of themselves, to live unselfishly and serve generously so others may live! I have had the pleasure of hearing Rico Correia speak at a recent conference. He was AWESOME. His energy and passionn for the subject was so motivational that it made you anticipate immediately changing attitudes and behaviors in my life. He interacted with the audience and I felt like he was taking directly to me. I can imagine how excellent he is in a training workshop as well.
