Charles Diamond, member of Richmond VA collective Generation Ninety Two, aims to artfully express the pains, trials, and successes of a generation heavily influenced by the technological trappings of today's 21st century world. His music centers around balancing the human element of creation in self-expression with the societal obligations embedded in us from an early age, from corporate culture to blind consumerism. Overstimulation, provided by the lights, chips, and processors that accompany most of our experiences, has led to a lack of understanding of our own collective self. Charles Diamond aims to bring together that collective through musical expression of his own experiences.
