Charlie was great! He played at our backyard BBQ and was so good! The whole party raves about him. Played all the classics! Would highly recommend him.

Charlie John is the perfect combination of musician and DJ. He sings and plays the guitar beautifully! And then he operated the sound system for the after party. Our daughter and her new husband danced to one of the songs that Charlie John played and it made it extra special to have a live musician play it. I am so glad I found him on Gigsalad! He was perfect for our ceremony.

Charlie played at a very special family dinner party for my sister. At our request, he played soft background music adjusting his volume based on what was happening during the evening. He did a great job at selecting songs from the genre we requested. Charlie is an amazing musician and singer and could easily be on the radio! Charlie Millikin performed for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. He was professional, friendly, and VERY TALENTED! He was able to accommodate our needs and even quickly learn a new song for the ceremony. Our 250+ guests were very pleased with his guitar and vocal talents. Charlie was able to tailor his selections to fit our wedding vision. I would highly recommend if you're looking for someone for any event with abilities to play and sing a variety of songs in the Cincinnati area.

If Charlie is available, you should book him without hesitation. I was looking for a singer/guitar player for a corporate holiday party to play a mix of covers and holiday songs. There are a lot of people out there to choose from, but Charlie's voice is second to none. His music and his sound are current and relevant. Watch his videos online... his cover of Ed Sheeran's "Thinking Out Loud" is very reflective of how he sounds on pretty much any song he sings. At one point in the evening, he played Frosty The Snowman, and... wow... just a very cool and talented artist. It's no surprise that he was invited to audition on The Voice three times! He was very easy to work with... very responsive when quoting the gig, and very flexible and accommodating with his playlist. Charlie is working gigs as he tries to make the "big time". I have no doubt that we will see and hear him as a recording artist very soon. And how cool will it be someday to say "Charlie Millikin played our party before everyone knew who he was". Can't say enough good things about this guy. Thanks so much Charlie, and all the best!

We had Charlie at our corporate holiday party and he was excellent. Everyone loved his voice and music selection. I highly recommend hiring him for your next event.

My only complaint is that we didn't get to hear him more; our guests did, and they had nothing but positive things to say about him as well! We booked Charlie to play at our wedding and it was awesome. We have a few requests, he played them with ease. He was wasy to work with... super nice guy... couldn't ask for anything more! Charlie was great - I was a bit nervous as we had never seem him perform but his vidoes on you tube looked impressive so we took the chance and it paid off. Charlie went above and beyond when it came to my wedding reception. I can't say enough about how much we and all of our guests enjoyed Charlie's music at our reception. We hired Charlie for a corporate grand opening event and he provided the perfect back drop for our guests. He's a very talented musician and the music was perfect for an afternoon luncheon. Charlie is so talented and professional! He played for my daughter's graduation party which we set up outside like a coffee shop with sofas and lights strung through the trees. The entire evening was absolutely perfect and his song choices were excellent. His voice is wonderful and I play his music on youtube when I'm working.

I was looking for an acoustic artist to play cover songs at my casual, barn wedding reception and Charlie was perfect. He was super easy to work with, flexible and kept in communication with me as necessary right up until the day of the event. During the reception, he also coordinated the wedding events with the photographer.

The only request I made was to play "Thinking Out Loud" by Ed Sheeran for our first dance and Charlie's rendition was seriously better than Eds! I left the set list entirely up to his expertise and my guests of all ages raved about his song choices. Charlie's version of the songs were even better than the originals and he put his own twist on everything he played .

Charlie is truly talented and made our reception a memorable event we will cherish for a lifetime.
