Class ... Charm ... Elegant Cocktail Hour Music .......
Charlie Torre, Solo Guitarist, ...A Professional, Specializing in Instrumental, Cocktail Hour Music, ...
Thank You,
Charlie T.
Charlie is a pleasure to work with. He did a wonderful job performing at my wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. Many of my guests commented to me on how much they enjoyed his playing. His performance fit the event perfectly and was very tasteful and elegant. Communication was excellent. I would highly recommend Charlie to anyone looking for classy event music.
My wife and I had Charlie play music at our ceremony and everything about him was perfect. He arrived early and had all his equipment set up well before guests started to arrive. He was also very courteous to whomever came up to talk to him. His musical ability is unmatched and would be perfect for any ceremony. Charlie was also very professional prior to the wedding, worked with us on our music selection, and was very easy to get in touch with. We would highly recommend him for any occasion.
I cannot possibly say enough wonderful things about Charlie Torre. I am so grateful for everything he did to make my wedding day special. We hired Charlie to play his guitar while guests were arriving on our wedding day, and we had also hired him to play during our cocktail hour. That is all we were paying Charlier to do, and yet he did so much more for us! We had a special set up at my venue where the bride and groom were going to stand on a balcony upstairs with the matron of honor and the best man who were going to give their toasts from the balcony while the guests were down below looking up. We realized on the day of the wedding that there was no microphone up there! Charlie voluntarily brought up his microphone and amplifier for us to use. There was a mix up in communication, and Charlie was then asked to change the set up to downstairs for the best man and matron of honor to give their toasts instead, so Charlie moved the entire set up downstairs. Then when we realized the mistake, Charlie kindly moved the entire set up back upstairs!! He was so pleasant about the entire thing when I really think most people would have been getting annoyed at this point. He was an absolute gem the entire evening. The bridal suite at the venue was upstairs above where Charlie was outside playing, and it was magical hearing his music while the girls were getting ready. Charlie laughed along with the best man's speech, and was so happy and kind the entire night. Our guests are still calling us to tell us how great "that awesome guitar player" was during cocktail hour! I am thrilled that Charlie was part of our big day!
As a wedding professional, I meet all kinds of people. But, Charlie was just one of those special people that are a treasure to know and work with. In the face of disaster, Charlie jumped at the chance to save the day and, in addition, his music was so perfect for the cocktail hour. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting him, listening to him and adding a truly wonderful professional to my list of preferred vendors!!
Charlie played our ceremony music and cocktail hour. Everything was wonderful! People loved it!
Charlie was great to work with for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. We had rave reviews from many of our guests on the lovely music that was played. Charlie was a pleasure to work with, making everything easy for us on our big day. His pricing is fair and he is very helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process.
We hired Charlie to play during our daughter's outdoor wedding ceremony at the Raritan Inn B&B in Califon, NJ, as well as during the cocktail hour. Charlie is wonderful to work with; he is accommodating and helpful, as well as being an amazing musician and craftsman. His pricing is fair and his personality is winning!
The experience of working with Charlie for my father's birthday party could not have been better. He is a lovely, professional gentleman and wonderful musician. Our crowd was made up of ages from 16 to 90 and everyone loved the music, which so enhanced the party! Most highly recommended. First class.
For the second year in a row, Charlie played his guitar for our annual service which remembers our pets who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Once again, his music added tremendously to our gathering and was very comforting to those attending. I'm afraid we didn't give Charlie the attention and appreciation he deserves so I asked him to be a featured performer next year in addition to playing background music while the names of the animals are being read. His amazing talent should not be overlooked.
Charlie recently played at the cocktail hour of my wedding and I can not say enough good things about him and his performance! Everyone loved his performance and it honestly made the cocktail hour so much more enjoyable! Charlie was awesome! We spoke after I booked him and like a typical bride I was overwhelmed with wedding planing, and he took the time to assure me everything was going to be perfect and it was! I am so happy that Charlie played during my cocktail hour, it wouldn't have been the same without him!
Charlie generously donated his time and talent to our 9-11 memorial dinner in Lebanon twsp. He played for well over an hour as we all enjoyed his music during dinner. He is a very generous and talented musician. I would recogmend him for anyone's upcoming affairs or wedding cocktail or service. He is very easy and a pleasure to work with. From the Beatles to Sinatra to Andre Bocelli songs... he can do it all. Highly recogmended.
charlie played the guitar for our wedding cocktail hour and i was beyond impressed with his professionalism and skill. all of our guests loved the touch of a guitar playing for the hour and i would recommend him to anyone planning a wedding. charlie was great to work with prior to, during, and after the wedding. he kindly communicated everything we needed to know prior to, he was professional and amazing during the cocktail hour, and even sent us a note afterwards thanking us for the opportunity - we are the ones who are thankful!! if you are considering using charlie as a guitarist for an event, you don't need to think twice. the entertainment was great and the price was fair. on top of all other traits, he is a nice man who was easy to work with. thank you charlie for contributing to our perfect day!!
Charlie provided music as our guests were being seated, as the bride walked to the altar and as she and her groom left the altar. He also played during our cocktail hour. We thoroughly enjoyed Charlie's music, as did our guests.
Common Sense for Animals held it's 4th annual Memorial Tree of Lights Ceremony to honor beloved pets who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Charlie's music was so inspirational and added to the emotion of the service. This was the first time we had music and everyone commented on how lovely it was. We hope Charlie and his wonderful talent will become a tradition with our yearly ceremony.
Charlie provided the perfect background music during our Wedding Cocktail Hour.
His music was enjoyed by all!
Charlie was hired to perform at our Anniversary Party last March. We were very pleased with his service. He was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Although a bit more expensive, he was worth it!!
