We also have experience in the DJ industry since 1993. And for those who are getting married, you might be asking "Why should we pay a little more for a good DJ to do our wedding?" Well...when you consider the importance of that day, and how much equipment will be required to set up...then manage and coordinate all of the formalities that are required for a wedding – introductions, speeches, cake cutting, bouquet / garter tosses, formal dances like the 1st dance / father daughter / mother son / bridal party dances, keeping everybody ELSE happy too with what music is playing and being responsible for the whole room having a good time – and then spending an hour tearing everything down all of that stuff at the end of the night after the 5-7 hour event…and THEN sometimes driving some distance to get home – it’s an honest day’s work! Also, there’s something to be said for an experienced DJ as opposed to a DJ just starting out, who makes mistakes throughout the night.... Not having the right music, or equipment...Problems with the equipment like the microphone going out RIGHT in the middle of the toast because it’s cheap – or a speaker going out in the middle of your first dance, and they DIDN’T bring a backup speaker. You learn this stuff with experience, and learn to be ready for the unexpected, so that the bride and groom don’t have BAD memories of their day because of the crummy DJ. Know what I’m saying? They say DJs make or break the event…so we always try to make it a great and happy experience! So..point is, you gotta spend a little more, if it’s worth it to you. BUT – that said, we always tell people – “shop around, and compare us to others”. Now – of course you have to be careful that you’re comparing “apples to apples”. You’ll ALWAYS find somebody who will do it for $200. But he or she is probably a “club DJ” who has some kind of equipment that could do the job, and very likely ZERO wedding experience. But HOW interactive will they be? What kind of personality will they have with your guests. And will they sit behind their table and look like they don’t even want to be there? (a BIG no-no) Will they check on you throughout the night to make sure you’re happy with how things are going, or just throw on some music and disappear to the bar? These are things you have to ask and check in to – it’s not advisable just to hire based on price. So - we really do care about how these events go, and put 110% into EVERY aspect of a wedding (or any event!) – from the early music planning, right up to the last song played on your night. Damian Gardner is the president and one of the leading DJ’s of Chicago DJ’s. He founded the company in 2010, but has been in the DJ industry since 1993.He joined a leading company in Chicagoland, Pro DJ’s back in ‘93, and found he had a passion for showing people a good time through music and dancing. He is one of the best, interactive DJ’s this side of the equator, and believes in the power of persuasion when he’s at a party, and that high energy and fun is contagious . His philosophy is “if HE’S having a good time, and LOOKS like he’s having fun, EVERYONE will have a good time!” He knows how to read a crowd, and how to program the music for any occasion – whether it’s a wedding, school dance, or any other type of party. Damian currently is 45 years old, and lives in Carpentersville IL, loves the Chicago Blackhawks, and he’ll do anything for food!

We offer DJ, karaoke, and uplighting services for any type of event requiring a mobile disc jockey. We have general party rates, as well as 3 wedding packages offering special rates for weddings. Here is some information on our services and pricing:

GENERAL PARTY (excludes School dances):
$125/hour
Package price for a birthday, graduation, reunion, or any regular informal party event. Minimum 3-hour price includes costs for a full sound system, travel costs, and setup time. Minimum number of hours sometimes applies.

SCHOOL DANCES:
$175/hour
Radio and kid-friendly music, high interaction, games, contests, prizes. Includes an assistant

Every package comes with:

A professional MC/DJ with a minimum of 5 years of experience, who will keep your event running smoothly, and play the right music, according to your “Play” & “Do Not Play” lists
4 hours of music time (more hours can be added)
Top quality DJ sound system, comprised of dependable, name-brand equipment, including industry leaders like Mackie, JBL, Shure, and Pioneer
Backup equipment is brought to each event, in case of problems
2 High-end Mackie speakers, and a JBL *sub-woofer (*when necessary, or by request)
