Chris Fascione: Juggling Funny Stories!

Based in Oak Park, Illinois, Chris performs over 300 shows each year nationwide at schools, libraries, park districts, and private events. He has appeared onstage in Chicago theater productions, toured the West with the Missoula Children's Theatre, has been featured on television on "The Bozo Show" and "The Magic Door," on "Reading is Fundamental" and the Illinois and Connecticut Storytelling Festivals. Chris has been honored to be chosen to be on the Illinois Arts Council Artstour Roster, and is a Storytelling World Award winner.

"Juggling Funny Stories!" is a show in which you'll see colorful characters from literature come to life from many cultures and literary styles. Chris' interactive, participatory style keeps the audience engaged with his physical comedic hi-jinks!

"Around the World" features folktales from many lands and traditions.

Workshops in creative dramatics and juggling are available in conjunction with shows.

In "Bringing Literature to Life!" laughter abounds as Chris acts out children's literature in his high-spirited, participatory shows. Using a unique combination of acting, storytelling, clowning, and a touch of juggling, Chris' shows educate, entertain, and lead children into the world of books.

Full of energy, humor and imagination, Chris delights students, teachers, parents and principals alike. Each show is tailored for the specific age group of the audience, from pre-school to adult, in school assembly, Family Reading Night, or library programs.

Strolling entertainment for private events is right up Chris' alley. From a comedic juggler to a white-faced mime to Charlie Chaplin or Harpo Marx, Chris will have your guests smiling.
