I am an advocate for Women In Leadership. I have spent the last 20 years in the corporate world working for various companies like IBM, PwC and KPMG to name a few. The majority of my time was spent in HR, supporting large-scale recruitment initiatives and talent management projects. I use my experience to teach women how to build their brand presence so that they are adequately positioned for promotions, strategic opportunities and high-profile projects.

I am also focused on helping companies to solve their gender-diversity issues through the use of data and technology. Together with my partners, we provide the data needed to make decisions that progressively affect gender-diversity.
