Christopher believes in being transparent as much as possible. In order to be effective you must be affective. In other words, be relatable, be honest, be impactful, be real. As an entrepreneur of his own production company, “B-Creative Entertainment LLC., he faced the same problem that most people face today and that is; having a dream, but feeling as though he didn’t have the tools necessary both mentally and physically to achieve that dream. The reality of the matter is, just like everyone else he had everything he needed to succeed. What he was lacking was faith and the understanding of his "WHY".

 They had Faith, Yes!
 They were willing to hustle, YES!
 They were willing to grind, YES!
 Did they have life issues like everybody else, YES!
 Did they believe in themselves, YES!

 Were they willing to accept failure as a stepping stone to success, YES!

Notice the two things they didn’t do: 1.) Make Excuses! 2.) Lack in understanding their; "WHY"!

Christopher Neill Bailey, Sr. the C.E.O and Founder of B-Creative Entertainment LLC. was born in Louisville, Kentucky. His unique, optimist, and dreamer mentality allowed him to consistently "think outside the box". That ability granted him access to utilize his creativity on various platforms. In the beginning it was performing in theatrical productions and musicals, while attending the University of Louisville. Although it started in the arena of performing on stage, he was being prepared and groomed to stand in front of audiences to share motivational / inspirational stories, thought processes, business concepts, new ideas and life changing opportunities. As a speaker, writer/director of (7) stage plays, producer of the largest mime conference in the world, and now add to his many accomplishments published author, he wanted to do more. He wanted to expand his reach. He would say; "When you seek to serve yourself, you end up living a mediocre lifestyle and your impact is minimal. However when you seek to serve others, you enter into the realm of GREATNESS."

With that in mind "Creative Dream Builders" was birthed. It was to be a division of B-Creative Entertainment LLC. that was designed to help others achieve their dreams by any creative means necessary. With the help of his wife "CDB" would help entrepreneurs and future entrepreneurs create a lifestyle of business ownership through micro-franchising. Participants would be provided with the tools, training and mentoring needed to be successful. To fulfill this effort, Christopher created a program under "CDB", called "The Young Entrepreneurs Initiative". This program uses micro-franchising as a development tool that seeks to apply the proven marketing and operational concepts of traditional franchising to small businesses in the developing world. The primary feature of this program is to teach the participants the true nature and ability of a micro-franchise which is to be streamlined and replicated. Christopher understood that becoming an entrepreneur took guts to step outside the ordinary, and pursue something with limitless possibilities and unforeseen risk. It would require a willingness to accept failures as challenges and stepping stones to success. He lives and teaches this message.

As a Creative Dream Builder he strives to empower the mental mindset & motivate his audience with the; "YES YOU CAN ATTITUDE", while at the same time providing building blocks of financial literacy, relationship building and entrepreneurship.
He hangs his hat on being able to educate audiences of the importance of understanding their "WHY".

“On the surface of every person is their; DREAM of what they’ve always wanted to be. But at the very core of every person is their; "WHY" which explains why that dream has not yet been realized or why it even exists”.

With his inspirational messages of hope and the dramatic illustrations used to convey his stories, they are very contagious with energy, love and compassion. Plus, they provide a sense of humor which creates an atmosphere prepped and ready for dreams to come alive.

Christopher Neill Bailey, Sr. was always considered a very unique individual. So much so that the enemy tried to eliminate him at birth. During pregnancy his mother had a miscarriage and she believed that she lost him. Unknowingly to her she was actually pregnant with twins. When she went back to the doctor for her follow up she was informed that she was still pregnant and that the baby was extremely healthy. Shocked by this news, she began to give God praise for what had been told to her! When the baby was born she named him "Chris" which means "Bearer of Christ." The enemy's plan to eliminate him at birth was dismantled by the Grace of God which shielded him from unseen danger. Therefore the below scripture speaks to his life as a beliver:

"For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope." Jeremiah 29:11

Currently residing in Durham, North Carolina, Christopher is happily married and together they have three (3) beautiful children.
