The music provided by our classic duo was phenomenal! Our ceremony and reception space was very classy and elegant and the music elevated it to the next level. If you have an event planned and are considering hiring them, just do it, you won't regret it!

We had a string quartet perform modern and classical music at a bridal shower. Created a lovely and ethereal backdrop for the event. So many complements by guests at the event. Musicians were prompt and professional. Was the icing on the cake for our event.

Fantastic performance that really elevated our conference network mixer. They were also very flexible with a scheduling error I had made. I scheduled the performance from 6pm - 9pm however the start time had changed which I neglected to inform them. The day of the event I called around 4:50pm to explain to the mistake I made. She was very accommodating, adjusted and arrived early to start at the new time. The event went off without a hitch and the music was perfect. I would highly recommend her for any function that you need elegant beautiful music played.

I didn't even have a chance to meet the violinist because I was busy every moment of the day. But she was prompt, cordial and professional; and her playing was lovely. It definitely set the tone for my wedding in the park! Communication was easy with fast responses when setting everything up for my big day.

Everything was beautiful . My only "complaint" came from the fact that our priest insisted that much of the mass music had to be traditional and sung!!!!! We found this out 3 days before!!!

Our wedding event was a bit non-traditional, and the City Six Strings trio made it ever so much more fun. Everything was professional, on time, and well played.

Very enjoyable

Despite a torrential downpour, the trio played in the backup facility with less than ideal conditions and still made it a night of enjoyment. They were professional and timely and played with fantastic skill.

My husband and I just had out outdoor wedding ceremony and the strung duo from City Six Strings really helped make it perfect. They were so kind and helpful during the planning process. I would recommend them to anyone to make their day and event perfect!

I’d 100% say stop second guessing yourself and just hire them for your wedding!! We didn’t hire a DJ so to have live music playing for people as they came in and to walk do the aisle to was amazing! They sounded absolutely beautiful and we could not have asked for better music! We received so many compliments about their playing, everyone really enjoyed it!

I cannot recommend City Six Strings enough! They were incredibly easy to work with, quick responding, and answered all my questions. We hired a single cellist - Vicki - and she was an amazing addition to our day. She was so professional, but really kind and engaging. She played beautifully! This really made our little ceremony feel so special.

We hired them to play on my album. Very professional and personable. They worked beautifully with my producer to write and record the cello and violin parts in a matter of hours and it turned out amazing. Definitely keeping them in mind for future projects.

Hire this group. I asked them to play for a small group of childhood friends. It was a surprise and when City Six Strings showed up one of the guests was so happy she cried. It was beautiful! They even played some of my requested songs on very short notice.

Sarah and her colleagues delivered an unforgettable performance. Given the ongoing health crisis they were very attentive to remaining socially distanced and expressed no problem with wearing a mask during the performances. There were some last minute changes to the schedule, but because of how well she communicated we were able to smoothly make the necessary adjustments. They were also very accommodating, learning a list of new songs per our request. I had never hired stringed musicians for our events in the past but I'm very happy I finally chose to do so. I will most definitely request their services for future parties.
