Claire did a fantastic job for us at SIP Niagara.
She was punctual, efficient and easy to work with.
I would definitely work with her again.

Unfortunately Claire was unreliable from the very start of our interactions following taking our deposit. She didn't communicate, wasn't willing to schedule a get together to plan our bartending needs and we t totally MIA. Completely unprofessional. It was no surprise she was a complete flake bailing from her commitment 2 weeks before our wedding day and business launch. Obviously, we had made other plans and hired the best flare bartenders in Ontario! She did step up and return our deposit. That was the third time we heard from her in many months. Totally unreliable.

Claire made some amazing cocktails and mocktails for our event for about 150 guests. She did an amazing job.

Claire was exactly what we were looking for! We hosted a Vegas themed office holiday party and Claire was so great from start to finish. She had open communication, she was flexible and adaptable. The guests loved her personal touches and her wonderful conversations. We hired Claire to make a signature cocktail and it was A HIT! We actually ran out of it that is how much people liked it. She was so personable and I would recommend her to any event or party planner.
