David B Verdu was born in the beautiful state of California in 1966. I had a wonderful childhood growing up with 7 brothers, YES 7 brothers. Always someone to play with or pick on. Through many paths and growing pains as a teenager, I decided to join the Navy, for some reason college really intimidated me. Quickly found out that the US Navy was not easy. I began to get into trouble and started hanging with the wrong team of guys. With only about 19 months into the US Navy I was getting out, but only by the grace of God. I headed home to be with my wife and get a really "job". Shortly after Sept 1986 I had a come to Jesus life changing experience, and since that day I have served in ministries around the US and World. I've had the awesome privilege of traveling the world sharing Powerful Memorable Engaging Truths through my personal testimony, music, comedy, moving videos, and so much more. With my beautiful wife Ranaye we have six children and five grandkids who call us “Nana & Papa”. My journey has taken me to Russia, Germany, Riga Latvia, Mexico, and 19 different States in the United States. My roles have included pastor, youth/children’s director, motivational speaker, worship leader, basketball coach at the college and national levels, national basketball scout, and assistant coach for the Denver Nuggets.
On September 19, 1999, I was struck by lightning, and to this day, I continue to be in awe of the amazing grace God has shown me.
