Code Redd Band

Code Redd was formed in 2012 by bassist Mike Mahomet and guitarist Tony DeGregorio pulling together a group of friends that had played together in other project bands. The band members are Sandy Croxton on vocals, Tony DeGregorio on vocals and guitar, his son Tony on lead guitar, Ken Genovesi on drums and Mike Mahomet on bass. Mike and Tony have played in a cover band together since 1994 and wanted to add a female voice to the group and were introduced to Sandy by a local talent agent that had auditioned her for a wedding band that he was putting together. That group never fully developed and Sandy joined the new Code Redd Band as a permanent member. Mike had been playing lead guitar in the group until the long time bass player left for family reasons and Mike decided to fill that roll and look for a change in sound on the lead spot looking to add a variety of country and jazz to the mix. Tony's son was the right choice to fill that spot being a music teacher and exceptionally talented guitarist. Ken came in to fill the drum seat when the current drummer left for health reasons and Code Redd was now complete. With the new lineup and song selections it was decided to also take on a new band name so Wired 4 Sound was now Code Redd.

Code Redd now covers music from Lady A to Lady G, John Mayer to Jimmy Buffet and everything in between. The band can play small parties with easy listening selections or rock a large hall at full tilt.
