Sista Big Bone performed at our Church Banquet on Sep 09/29/18. She did an EXCELLENT job! She was very punctual; and for about 45 mins, she brought the laughs. Her material was funny (and True) and very relatable to the young and old. She let us know that it's ok to laugh at yourself some times.
This was the very first time that our church has used an Entertainer/Comedian, and several members have said that they thoroughly enjoyed it. Then Sista Big Bone ended her performance by giving the audience a serious and inspirationl message. THANK YOU SISTA BIG BONE! WE LOVED IT!

I would highly recommend Sista Big bone at any function. Sista Big Bone was the entertainment at my mothers Surprise 45th Birthday party and my family and friends are still talking about how funny she was. She worked the crowd and her jokes came so natural. I will definitely be booking again in the future.

I had a 50th Birthday party on June 3,2016.My husband wasn't pleased with the performance. I understand that traffic was bad.My guest told me that she wasn't funny to them.Some had to leave for work and some just left period. She was late and I was really disappointed.

I advised that I would be there at 7:30(but I could have been told to come earlier), but because of the time of day and traffic I was 10 minutes late. Sista Big Bone was a wonderful addition to the graduation party celebration. She was friendly, easy going, and prepared. She was spontaneous and provided a set that was appropriate for everyone in the room (ages 17 - 73)! She actually stayed for a good portion of the event so was able to immediately incorporate things she learned on the spot. I highly recommend her to those looking for a comedian!

Tara was very professional and hilarious. She communicates with all on their level. We are a diverse church with different religios backgrounds. She is very tasteful and knowledgeable. The audience being a majority of military she was additionally respectful. We most definitely will ask her to participate in future events. She is awesome!

About
Since 2008 Sista Big Bone has been perfecting her craft and has become one of the funniest and most energetic comics in the country. She has entertained audiences all over the East Coast. Her quick wit on-stage character always sends club patrons home wanting more of Sista Big Bone.
Her life eye for picking up and calling out what other people see but never talk about are what make the auditions love her even more. Her shows are always a night you won't soon forget. Word of mouth has single handily launched Sista Big Bone’s career, because once you have had the pleasure of seeing a show she often gets asked to preform over and over again.
Sista Big Bone started her career in Raleigh NC. While working (mostly wasting) her days away in a call center, her co-workers dared her to try her hand at her lifelong dream of making people laugh. She stepped on stage for the first time at a Metro lounge in Raleigh for open mic night.
After taking a break, Sista Big Bone returned to the stage on July 2012. While at a book signing she was telling her story on why she liked the book, she made the people laugh and a young lady came up to her after the show and told her "You must pursue your dream" not shortly after that she was asked to perform at the ISTA website launch party.
Since then Sista Big Bone will be preparing the world for her one women show coming in 2013. Sista Big Bone made her way into acting with ISTA Productions with her role as Bella in “The Waiting Room”. Check out her Facebook for more upcoming projects (link hidden).
