When working with me you can expect professionalism, organization and relaxation!
I like to get a feel for your event through pre-production meetings, making sure both parties are on the same page as to the vision of the final product. This preparation will have me feeling prepared from beginning to end, while my experience gives you relaxation knowing I work well under pressure and can handle just about anything thrown my way.
With my experience in event planning I have a good understanding of where you, the organizer are coming from and all the intricacies you have to juggle. Inherently having this behind the scenes knowledge makes me easy to work with and quite self sufficient as I understand the value of your time.
Another benefit of working with me is there is no middle person. You are working directly with the talent and in such you get to filter your expectations directly to the product. Direct communication, pre-production meetings and my experience on both the development and performance side of the industry will prove for an effortless experience when working with myself as a host, MC or entertainer for your event.
From a young age I had been performing (singing/ dancing/ acting) and presenting at conferences and speaking at schools about anti bullying and suicide awareness to my peers through the Suicide Intervention Team at my Secondary School. I pursued higher education in performing and moved to Toronto to further my training. After graduating the Randolph Academy for Performing Arts, I toured Canada as a character and host for several live children shows such as *Dora the Explorer, *Thomas the Tank Engine, *Bob the Builder, *My Little Pony, *Paw Patrol and of course hosting the meet and greets that followed those tours.
From those tours I had been offered to host a hands on interactive kids show *The Cutest Show on Earth!. I jumped at the opportunity to hone my skills of speaking directly with audiences, engaging with them and making everyone part of the fun!
In between tour dates I have found myself hosting a variety of events, from conferences, convention main stages, cabarets and community events.
Currently this year I am booked to host competitive and promotional events such as registered dance competitions, lumberjack competition, auto shows and beer festivals.
Through brand promotion, touring and growing up both in the country and city I have a wide skill set and knowledge of a little bit of everything! I have been known to be extremely relatable and comforting in my presentation approach and truly enjoy what I do.
I am a firm believer in the notion that when you love what you do a gig it's never "work". I love to work along side the organizers and watch their events come together. To be a part of what makes that event so memorable and special, not only to the guests but the organizers is where I find my joy.
Due to the nature of my skills I only require a microphone attached to a sound system. Lights would be great if you would like people to see me, I am also capable of off stage hosting.

I have had the pleasure of being immersed in the entertainment industry for the last 8 years. Learning a lot by watching and experiencing other acts as well as being influenced by different styles of comedy both in stand up and in sketch format.
I definitely am inspired by female hosts and comedians such as Tina Fey and Ellen, but enjoy the comedy stylings and easy going humour of Jimmy Fallon and James Corden.
