Adrian & his team provided 5-star service from start to finish. Quoting was prompt (and I could tell he knew exactly what I needed), day-of was smooth (early to the event site), and my guests were obsessed with the playlist the DJ curated and the LED Robot. I cannot say enough good things!

We had a fantastic experience with Concierge Entertainment! My party coordinator was the one who selected them and gave me their contact info so I could let them know what I wanted a bit before the event. I would have to say that I am fairly traumatized from the bad experience I had at my wedding (years ago; not Concierge) with a lot of time getting wasted and not having the music played that I wanted. I definitely didn’t want any of that happening at the Bar Mitzvah.
I spoke to Adrian, and expressed my concerns, so he was definitely understanding to what I was feeling. The day of, when I showed up the set up looked fantastic; we had screens with my son’s logo on it; we had 2 dancers and an MC.
The two dancers were fantastic and even came with Miami Heat T-shirts on to blend into our theme. The MC was fantastic! Everyone loved him! He was so much fun and was great with the kids! The music being one of the biggest parts of the entertainment and fun at the bar mitzvah, it was really important to me that everything went smoothly and perfectly and it did. We had the Miami Heat mascot at our party and the MC did an awesome introduction of my son coming in. I received so many compliments!!! The DJ was also GREAT and even though we gave him a music list, he asked my son personally if there was something he wanted played that maybe wasn’t on the list; I was totally ok with that.
They went above and beyond, and I would absolutely use them again if I needed!

Very inpatient and rude! Zero flexibility or even try to pretend to accommodate. 50% deposit 3 months again of the event! Perhaps someone has to save up and doesn’t have thousands $ laying around. 60 days was not an option. Just plane rude I am picking someone else that has customer service qualities

After 35 years I have no problem knowing you can't make everyone happy. But liars? I have no patience for. I was never ever, not once rude to you on the phone or responding to your many texts. This is not a bad review. It's an all out lie. After a week of back and forth and trying to use "another companies" pricing to get me to negotiate below market pricing. I even suggested you should use them if you were confident with them. Some how a few days later you decided you wanted us. You continued to text me. Even at one point saying, "I wasn't trying to insult you". I responded "not at all". You even responded to the billing info request for invoicing. Why would you do that if I was so rude and impatient? Then 24 hours later when I did not receive a deposit, I asked if you still wanted us to hold the date. This is the best part. You said "yes. But I won't send deposit until November. I think that's fair." What?! There is no professional entertainment company worth their salt that will "just hold" a date with out a signed contract and a deposit. I'm sorry that's just not the way it works. Now you have the audacity to post a negative lie about us because you didn't get your way? Shame on you. But thank you. You did us a favor and luckily I have hundreds and hundreds of incredible reviews that completely defy your lies.
We used Adrian's company Concierge Entertainment when booking a DJ for a birthday party we were throwing in Boca Raton. Adrian was extremely professional and easy to work with. He even brought a camera with him and took great pictures throughout the entire event while also keeping everyone entertained with music. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a fantastic DJ service for any event.

Adrian was an amazing officiant! Very well spoken and had great energy. He was very organized through the whole process and was always there to answer any questions we had. It sounds great to have the script be a surprise on your wedding day, but I wish I was able to review the entire script beforehand and just have the vows be a surprise.

What to Expect
We Meet
We need to meet. We want to meet you and find out what you want from your event. Its good to meet us to see that we’re normal people who have an incredible skill at bringing a party to the next level with music and lighting. We’ll have tremendous influence at your event and we want you to feel comfortable with us. At this meeting we’ll discuss all the particulars, where, when, what music, scheduling, etc.. But we want to know more about your personality and what you want from you DJ. Not only do we ask you to fill out your favorite requests, we want to know any dont's you may have.
We Prepare
We’ll will start building a playlist that will deliver on your expectations. Either you can be a part of the playlist or we can handle it. Either way, before the event we want you to be on board with what we’ll play. If we haven’t done an event at your location we want to visit and plan for the equipment and set up we’ll need. Also, before your event we want to agree on a playlist and be ready to go in every way. No one likes surprises on the actual day.
We Meet Again
That’s right. It’s probably been some time since our first meeting. About ten days prior (give or take) we meet again to go over the request and directions you have submitted. Or, maybe we need to do a walk through of your location so there are no surprises. Plus, sometimes plans changes and this gives us the opportunity to confirm that all will go according to the latest plans.
We Party
We want to create an environment of awesome at your event. We’ll show up early, set up carefully and double check everything is perfect before the event starts. Once it does we’ll do our best to bring the energy, enthusiasm and the perfect sound to your event.
