I usually design a customized video presentation for each event. I use my MacBook. All I need is a HDMI and audio connection/speakers and I'm ready to go. Obviously, it is better if a microphone is available. I prefer a lapel or over-the-ear mic if possible. This gives more flexibility to interact with the audience.
