I am an Immigrant and have worked in fortune 200 Companies in the last 15 years of my career in global roles. I bring the intersectional perspective to belonging at the team and individual levels. I use storytelling and personal experience to have impactful conversations.

I have a Master of Science in Biotechnology, a Bachelor of Technology in Biochemistry, and am currently working towards my Doctorate in Strategic leadership with a dissertation focus on informal teams and employee resource groups. I have an extensive background in project management, supply chain, data analysis, people management, and HR compliance and have spent 13+ years in roles across multiple global organizations within the manufacturing and biotechnology industries.

In addition to my role as Founder & CEO of EQI Mindset, a management consulting and speaking company focused on Team and ERG optimization, I am also the Co-Founder of Sapient Logic LLC a Technology company in San Diego, CA. I am a strategic networker, volunteer, and mentor currently serving on the board of directors of Girls Inc. of San Diego and in an advisory capacity to a few other organizations aligned with my passions. As a career mom of 3, I am constantly working on thriving at home and work and advocating for policies that enable all individuals to balance every aspect of their lives.
